As a transplant from San Mateo County, I was looking for a doctor to do the occasional botox injection to smooth out my elevens, nose line and to provide a little bit of a lift above the eyebrows. Dr. Lee advertises in The Grapevine and she had a special on botox. I booked an appointment and was surprised to learn that she doesn't do botox (then why advertise that you do?). I opted to try dysport and Dr. Lee said if I didn't see the results that I wanted to after 2 weeks to make an appointment to come back. I was very pleased that this was an option. After 2 weeks, one of the the elevens were still slightly there and I not much of the lift I wanted. When I checked in the front desk girl (long blond hair) asked if I had the booster shot, which I did not (I was not yet eligible and made this very clear when I booked my first appointment). The front desk gal said "well I don't know how you even made it in here." I was surprised at how rude she was. Up until that moment, my phone conversations and in person experience with the staff had been over the top pleasant. When I met with Dr. Lee she told me the lift I had experienced with botox was basically my imagination. She also said I didn't get the results I expected (and had received previously with my dermatologist in San Mateo) because I have aged. Dr. Lee also told me that she will not see any clients that have not been boosted and she proceeded to give me a lecture about boosters and the CDC etc. Dr. Lee did offer to do another injection but I felt so deflated after her comments that I declined and cancelled my next appointment. I was really hoping to find an injector that was a doctor and truly cared to make their patients the best they can be. I wasn't looking to be insulted and basically degraded. Too bad for Dr. Lee's bedside matter, because she lost what would have been a good long term client.

I came in for CoolSculpting and it was my first time getting any sort of cosmetic work done. The staff here is truly amazing and made the whole experience extremely comfortable and easy. Their COVID protocols were stellar. All of my appointments have been handled efficiently and they had me in and out exactly on schedule. Would definitely recommend to anyone anxious about their first treatments like I was! You are in good hands here.

As an operating room nurse for more than 20 years, who has had extensive exposure to many excellent plastic surgeons, I feel qualified to highly recommend Dr. Elizabeth S. Lee. Dr. Lee did a fabulous job removing a nasty cancer. The scar is minute and will soon be invisible despite the size of the chunk she had to excise. I found her down to earth and very kind, explaining things to me as a patient, not just as a nurse. The office is spotless, organized, and serene. Erin and Carmen were very helpful too. Thank you so very much Dr. Lee and staff!

I could not have had a better experience or outcome after a breast implant exchange with Dr. Lee. Almost 2 years ago I underwent a breast augmentation at another office and the results were far from my expectations (the doctor was male and the results were too big, uneven implants for my small frame, come to find out he even put in bigger implants than we had decided!) Coming to Dr. Lee I connected instantly feeling she really listened to what my concerns and end goal was. Having a lot of questions she sent me home with options to consider. Working with her we came up with a solution and she executed our vision to the fullest and I could not be happier. I am 2 and a half weeks post op and she has seen me weekly to make sure the healing process is going smoothly. She takes the time to assess how I am feeling and give me my freedom/restrictions within what I can do that week. I am forever grateful how she has made me feel about my body again and cannot promote her enough. Best decision I have ever made! The women running her office are absolutely amazing and accommodating as well. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Elizabeth Lee is amazing. Besides being an excellent surgeon, she is a caring person. I have been using Obagi products from her for more than ten years and I can say my skin looks better now than before I started using it. I recently had cool sculpting done by her. She was very clear in explaining to me what to expect and I love the result ! I highly recommend Dr. Elizabeth Lee!
