Dr. Baldwin has been practicing in Lafayette since 2002. A native of Salt Lake City, Utah, he received both his undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Utah. He completed a general surgery residency at the University of Rochester, and finished his plastic surgery training at the University of Utah. He is formerly an Assistant (Clinical) Professor at the University of Utah Medical Center and has participated on the teaching faculty in the Division of Plastic Surgery at the University of Rochester. Dr. Baldwin is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Baldwin and his wife, Cindy, have 4 children.
