Dr. Paige Kennedy is a highly-esteemed, double board-certified facial plastic surgeon with nationally distinguished training and a refined focus on aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face and neck. A Lafayette native, Dr. Kennedy is proud to bring world-class expertise back to her hometown after years of elite education and surgical training at some of the country’s most respected medical institutions.
She completed her undergraduate studies at Louisiana State University and went on to earn her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, consistently ranked among the top medical schools in the nation. While at Baylor, she was elected student body president throughout her four years, a testament to her leadership and commitment to excellence. Dr. Kennedy then went on to complete 6 years of rigorous surgical training, including a head and neck surgery residency at the University of Chicago Medical Center, followed by an accredited facial plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship through the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with renowned surgeons Drs. Edward Buckingham and Erin Smith in Austin, Texas.
Now based in Lafayette, Dr. Kennedy specializes exclusively in procedures of the face and neck, helping to restore a natural, youthful appearance and facial symmetry, and enhance self-confidence. Her surgical expertise includes brow lift, facelift, neck lift, blepharoplasty, facial fat transfer, rhinoplasty, chin augmentation, and otoplasty, as well as complex reconstructive procedures. She also has extensive training in non-surgical treatments, and she performs Botox/Dysport/Jeuveau treatments, dermal fillers, and resurfacing lasers and skin tightening treatments. Dr. Kennedy is known for her thoughtful, personalized approach, and for delivering natural results that enhance facial harmony while preserving individual identity. Her work reflects a rare combination of technical precision, aesthetic sensibility, and sincere dedication to patient care.

Dr. Kennedy’s dedication extends beyond the operating room as she volunteers her time to community outreach, mentorship, and alumni associations. Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, traveling, live music, LSU sports, and exploring Lafayette’s vibrant culinary scene.
