Hi everyone! I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Smith Plastic Surgery. As a woman in my early 20s, I’ve always struggled with insecurity about the large hump on my nose’s bridge and the wider tip. To others, my nose seemed perfect and fit my face, but deep down, it was my biggest insecurity, and it held me back from feeling truly confident. For seven years, I had dreamed of getting a nose job, but I was always too nervous to take the leap. Finally, I decided to start my search for the right surgeon, and I consulted with six doctors before meeting Dr. Smith. Unfortunately, during my consultations, I felt like the other doctors didn’t understand my vision. I explained that I didn’t want the typical “button nose” look that so many people get, but every time, I was told that’s what I should do. When I met Dr. Smith, everything changed. He truly listened to what I wanted and worked with me to design the nose I had been envisioning for years. The entire team at his office was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, always ready to answer my questions. On the day of surgery, Dr. Smith reassured me every step of the way, and the nursing staff took exceptional care of me. The surgery went smoothly, and the recovery was much easier than I had anticipated. I experienced minimal pain and no visible scarring at all. When the cast came off, I was nervous about how the results would turn out, but I couldn’t have been happier. The result was everything I had hoped for—and more! I was moved to tears, grateful for how Dr. Smith had transformed not only my nose but my confidence. He truly changed my life by listening to me as a client. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Smith for anyone considering facial cosmetic surgery. He’s the best!

I have been searching for a surgeon for over 5-7 years now. I live in LA - there are so many options and it gets very overwhelming and confusing. I found Dr. Smith and I feel so lucky I found a practice who knows what they're doing. Dr. Smith doesn't mess around. I love his candor and professionalism. His staff is amazing!!! Desiree was wonderful scheduling this all for me - Natasja was absolutely amazing and quick to respond. Margaret - who helped out during surgery - my husband said she was so good - made sure he understood aftercare....(I didn't really chat with her much but she was kind as well). Was able to stay in their beautiful condo on the strip - fantastic views too. Overall, amazing. Couldn't be more pleased. I had neck and tummy done. Two weeks out so far. Looking really good. Couldn't recommend them enough. What a fantastic experience. Thank you!!!!!

I don’t understand the negative reviews because Dr Smith is a phenomenal surgeon. I am 3 months post op and couldn’t be happier with my results. The staff there is truly amazing and so compassionate throughout the whole process. I’ve had my breasts done twice before and wasn’t happy with them and now my breasts look perfect and what I always wanted. I had lipo and bbl done as well and I feel so much more confident and love my new body. I would 100% recommend Dr Smith and his team. He is a perfectionist and the best surgeon.

He came highly recommended by my coworkers in the nightlife/service industry on the strip. I have a smaller frame and I love my new breasts 3-4 months post-op. I am so happy with my results.
