Dr. Terry Higgins is a founding partner of Plastic Surgery Vegas and is board-certified in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Combining exceptional skills and over 20 years of surgical experience with an easy-going demeanor, he quickly puts patients at ease. Dr. Higgins is renowned for his expertise in facial surgery including facelift, necklift, browlift, eyelid surgery and liplift,  plus non-invasive treatments such as Botox and fillers. He is equally recognized for breast and body surgery including makeover surgery after pregnancy and weight loss.  He tailors his approach to meet the needs of each patient, paying special attention to individual lifestyles, medical history and long-term goals for a beautiful, functional result. 

Education and Training

Dr. Higgins impresses both patients and peers. His dedication to excellence and research is seen in his daily practice. After being named the Most Outstanding Medical Student at the University of Texas where he earned his medical degree, Dr. Higgins went on to complete general surgery and plastic surgery training through Michigan State University. He garnered both regional and national recognition for his research in plastic surgery, which has been published in multiple peer-reviewed journals.

As a member of the Michigan State faculty, he was singled out as the Most Outstanding Resident Faculty Teacher in the surgical department. His advanced surgical training continued at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic in Ohio where he honed his skills in performing the latest body liposculpture, breast surgery, and facial rejuvenation techniques. He also taught the plastic surgery residents at the Residents’ Clinic.
