Aesthetica has been a disappointed. I’ve been using Dr. Chang’s services for almost 12 years- Radiance MedSpa (Landsdowne and Ashburn) and now the defunct Medi-Weightloss (Landsdowne). Their customer service and appreciation had always been a driving force for me being a loyal customer, given the numerous options available in the DMV area. I purchased Aesthetica’s max 20 at $450 vitamin shot package, with the incentive that they would be available for same day appointments. As it turns out, they have very restrictive operating hours and are only available Monday- Thursday with very full schedules- administering vitamin shots not being high priority. After several attempts to get in for the shots (after 13), I asked for a refund for the remainder (7). After waiting a week while the Assistant Manager was on vacation, she called me to let me know I could only be refunded $10, also chiding me for having “several no shows”. I reminded her what the flyer says (see below) and let her know that was never the case in my experience and the reason it was such a struggle for me to get in for the shots. She seemed to suggest that same day appointments weren’t actually an option. When I let her know that Radiance MedSpa did allow for me to get same day shots, she was surprised. The only reason I sought them out was because they provided more than just B12 shots that Radiance was able to provide. In any case, after spending $450 for the package her remedy was to offer a $10 refund, after telling me her credit card transaction fee for my package purchase was $50. Very poor customer appreciation. I couldn’t even get one vitamin shot with that $10 refund. They charge $30. I guess they will pocket my remaining 7 shots and I will take my business elsewhere.

I had an awful experience with P. Chang. In 2020 He operated my ears and also asked him to remove the fat on my jawline. The results were worse than terrible. When I went to talk with him and explained to him how unhappy I was, he tried to walk out of the room. Then I asked him why he was leaving me there crying, he said: " What do you want me to do? and left. Then I went to the front desk crying and one lady said she was going to talk with the manager about my case. After a lot of pain, suffering, and humiliation, he agreed to give me a credit of 2k to spend it in his spa. I would never recommend that doctor to my friends. It was horrible 😢

Dr Chang is not experienced with big and tall people. He totally under estimated what needed to be done to achieve the wanted results of a flat stomach. He Gave a false hope for my husband with a tummy tuck. He Had to come back for a 2nd god awful experience after the disappointing surgery to his office with no anesthesia to have liposuction to still be disappointed with results. So very disappointing!!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Aesthetica Cosmetic Surgery with Dr. Chang and his exceptional team. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. I am thrilled with the outcome and grateful for Dr.Chang's skillful hands. Katy, Janelle and Cricket, members of Dr. Chang's staff, are absolutely outstanding. Their warm demeanor and attentiveness made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience, and I am truly appreciative of their kindness and professionalism. I have recently started hormone therapy with Mel, and I couldn't be more excited about the journey ahead. Now that I am in my 50s, achieving hormonal balance is crucial for my overall well-being, and I have full confidence in Mel's expertise and guidance. The atmosphere at Aesthetica Cosmetic Surgery is both professional and welcoming, creating a serene environment that enhances the overall experience. The clinic is impeccably clean and modern, further reflecting Dr. Chang's commitment to excellence. I highly recommend Dr. Chang and the team at Aesthetica Cosmetic Surgery to anyone seeking top-notch care and exceptional results. Dr. Chang is an incredibly talented surgeon, let alone the most humble and kind human, and his practice reflects this in every way possible. Him and his entire team radiate such warmth and professionalism, always ready to address any concerns or questions thoroughly. Undergoing rhinoplasty under Dr. Chang's care was a decision I made with complete confidence, which can be accredited to his transparency and strong understanding of my desires from the outset. I knew I wanted Dr. Chang to perform my surgery within 5 minutes of my initial consultation! I am extremely satisfied with my results and felt so comfortable throughout the whole process, before and after surgery, and I couldn't be more thankful. My results have exceeded my expectations, which goes to show Dr. Chang's skill and true dedication to his craft. I am immensely grateful to Dr. Chang and his team for their extensive care and assistance in achieving my desired results. My results impressed so many people that I have given Dr. Chang's contact to anyone interested in a similar procedure - including west coast friends who have his information handy!
