I did have an appointment here tomorrow, but when attempting to leave a message with their answering service, well I changed my mind! I'd just as soon lose my right foot than to visit a business that employs people who are so facetious and disrespectful when repeating a name. Yes it's Spanish, and yes this is Lincoln, but I expected more from what appears an otherwise professional group. Never judge a book by its cover, wait until it's opened it's mouth! Any recommendation for alternate care?

Beware: Lots of billing errors & overcharging! I have been very disappointed in their billing errors & lack of caring. I started checking my husband's EOB's through our insurance because he was being charged a $50 co-pay every time he had physical therapy even though he had reached his deductible for the year. When we asked about it, they said to call billing. We called our insurance & let them know what was going on. They stated they would call & talk to billing. After our insurance talked to billing, billing called us & they said oh yeah, he had a credit & they were just going to apply it to any balances in the future. We said no, we want a refund for the overpayment/charges. They never called to let us know he had a credit & they were still charging him at every appt. I am concerned for those who don't know how to check their EOB & for the elderly. Please, if something does seem right talk to your insurance company or have someone you trust help you check your insurance bills/EOB's. They also had him pay over $3,500 for a surgery he had. The surgery ended up being quite a bit less with insurance & we had to reach out to our insurance & to billing again, about this overpayment. Again, they said they were just going to give the credit to him when he owed money. This is not a common practice & very shady. We asked them to submit all bills through our insurance. They are sending us a refund check, we will see if it matches the correct credit amount. They are also very inconsiderate with your time. My husband had a post op appt on 4/22/25 at 2:30pm. They didn't get him into a room until after 4:00pm & then he found out he was seeing the PA instead of his Dr. No one called him to let him know he would be waiting over 1.5 hours. No one offered him the option of rescheduling. He had to take work off for the rest of the afternoon for this post op appt. I called & LVM that it was rude & inconsiderate to not call him ahead of time & let him know that there was a long wait & give him the option of rescheduling. They then called his phone # the next day & stated they were sorry for his wait, after I stated that I was leaving a negative review on google. Please be vigilant. Double-check your insurance bills & statements and don’t hesitate to advocate for yourself. On a plus side, my husband does like his physical therapist & said the surgeon did a good job. That is why I gave 2 stars, instead of one.

Had surgery with Dr. Hurlbut in 2015 & 2017 both from work injuries. Went back to see him March 2025 due to increasing pain with motion, numbness/tingling, and not being able to pull my arm from back to front without pain or discomfort. He was in the room for maybe 30 seconds before he started looking me up and down and asking “Have you gained weight since the last time I saw you?” In which I replied, Yes. Mind you at that time of my first surgery I had just gotten out of high school and for reference I only gained 50 pounds in 8 years and my stomach is where I carry most of my weight. Apparently this was a concerning issue for Dr. Hurlbut AN ORTHOPEADIC SURGEON (NOT bariatric specialist or family physician) because he couldn’t stop looking at my stomach nor could he stop talking about a GLP-1 medication I should be on for weight loss, CONTINUOUSLY and when I say continuously, I mean I sat there for a good 10 minutes as he went over the statistics, telling me how great of a drug this is..you know THE WHOLE NINE, all while his assistant typed away at her computer. Now, this was supposed to be an appointment about my right shoulder, RIGHT, NOT about my weight?! Eventually he starts examining me and asking me where my pain is very much expressing that my pain/discomfort is all NEW and not what he fixed 8-9 years ago as he’s telling the assistant the special terms for pain in each area. Then proceeds to have me sit down while he says “we will refer you to physical therapy because you have bad posture.” I was completely and utterly humiliated during this appointment because, 1 I came in here for my right shoulder not to be ridiculed about my weight. 2, not only was the doctor in the room but so was the assistant. 3, he’s talking to me about a drug for weight loss that I can’t get access to because I don’t make an extra $1000 a month to be able to afford this medication because fortunately enough I don’t have A SINGLE health condition that would REQUIRE ME to be on this medication. 4, he has 0 clue that the minute I start loosing weight is the minute I start obsessing about it and go back into my anorexia headspace, not like it’s needed cuz they only see the “now” but I lost 120 pounds and most of my hair ** in 2022 due to malnutrition. Only words I have at this moment are to have better bedside manner, think before you speak, and be A LOT more inclusive… Rant/Review over but 0/10 would recommend if you are a plus size baddie like myself.

They will not see you without your co-pay unless it’s paid upfront Shaun (PA) is very unacknowledged and very much lied to me. He stated that he saw something on my x-ray and that he highly suggested I went to the ER to be looked at went to the ER the next day. The ER contacted the doctor that seen me and he stated to the doctor that it was not emergent enough to be a ER visit. Due to the Negligence of Shaun (PA), I ended up paying a lot more for this visit than needed if the owner can see this, please make contact with me to resolve this issue
