Profile

Dr. Jacobson is a native of Lincoln who attended Lincoln East High School. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2010. She also was active in the Alpha Omicron Pi house at UNL, serving as Vice-President. She went on to earn her medical degree in 2015 from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. During medical school, Dr. Jacobson sought to learn more about the intricacies of ethics in medicine and took the extra initiative to acquire her Master of Arts in Bioethics degree, with a thesis on Facial Transplantation. She also completed a one-year undergraduate fellowship in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine where she lectured and delivered hands-on teaching to medical students at KCUMB.

Following medical school, she completed her Otolaryngology-Facial Plastic Surgery Residency through Kansas City University-Freeman Health Systems in Joplin Missouri in 2020. To round out her training, Dr. Jacobson completed an additional year of advanced surgical fellowship training in facial and full-body cosmetic surgery with nationally renowned cosmetic and facial plastic surgeon Dr. J. Kevin Duplechain in Lafayette Louisiana, through the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.

During her free time, Dr. Jacobson enjoys gardening in her backyard, spending time with family & friends, and going antiquing. Dr. Jacobson and her husband Adam keep busy and share lots of laughs with their two dogs – Janis and Neil and two cats – Lenny & Sarge.

I had never had Botox done before but I decided to take the leap with Dr. Jacobson, and I'm so glad I did! Not only was I incredibly pleased with the results, but she did a great job explaining what to expect and what areas she was targeting & why to make me feel more at ease. I would definitely recommend going to see Dr. J and her incredible team. Her office is so cute too!

I recently had a procedure done with Dr. Jacobson and Jenn…honestly it made my life completely different in an amazing way! Dr. Jacobson did a phenomenal job and was also timely with filling out my short term disability paperwork that my employer needed. The aftercare has been more than enough, Mikayla at the front desk is also involved in my aftercare and does a great job with communication and when walking into the office she is welcoming and always smiles! I would recommend Jacobson Cosmetic Surgery 10/10 to anyone! Love these ladies …they have truly changed my life for the better …and the results are stunning!

I had such a great experience with Dr J and her staff! The office is adorable and I felt so comfortable during the entire process from consult through surgery and follow up. I loved the easy communication with the office. My husband was not super excited about me going through a tummy tuck as he didn’t feel it was needed but even he has agreed she did a fantastic job! I cannot wait for summer to finally feel confident in a swimsuit after having kids. I highly recommend Dr J, you will not be disappointed!

I had the absolute best experience at Jacobson. Dr. J and her staff are top notch - I didn't take my surgery lightly. I had done my research, met with 4 different surgeons both in Lincoln and in Omaha. Dr. J hands down blew me away with her bed side manners, her attention to detail, she answered every question, met with me multiple times and all the follow ups were amazing. You won't regret it.
