Rachel Ross is amazing! I’m a person that’s really afraid of needles and get light headed and she was so friendly, understanding, professional, and welcoming that I completely felt in good hands. She kept me company after Botox to make sure I was okay and the one time I went she even stayed late after work hours to ensure I was okay without rushing me at all. I told her I want a natural look and not to look “frozen” and she really takes her time to provide what you’re looking for. I have been extremely happy every time after I leave. I now drive 30 minutes away to get services from her (compared to 5 minutes at her previous location) because I refuse to go to anyone else. The drive is worth it. I trust her and am so grateful for her! 5/5 recommend.

I went to Dr. Broadway for the NeoGraft hair restoration procedure. I'm overjoyed with the results and extremely impressed with the quality of care and the professionalism and friendliness of every member of the staff at Broadway Plastic Surgery. Follow-up appointments were easy to schedule and I never had to wait a long time once I got to their clinic, which I appreciate. I get frequent comments on how good my hair looks...which I don't think has ever happened to me before. I would recommend Dr. Broadway to anybody who needs any services that his clinic offers.

I have had 2 procedures done with Dr Broadway. Lipo back/flank and BBL. I am 3 months post op for that and I can't express how amazing I look. My second procedure was the tummy tuck. I am about close to 3 weeks out on that. He focuses so much on the little details. I was originally scared on how high the scar would be. He listened and it is low where my c section was and all my underwear, swim suits, etc...go right over it. On top of that the scar is already healing beautifully. He is just a master scupltor. I love love my new body.

This office ignored my request for a follow-up to get a new report on potential costs for my dog bite because my lawyer said their initial handwritten report was "too sloppy to read and be used in any case." While ignoring my second request they still sent me a birthday email. Very strange.

UPDATE: 6 months post op and I LOVE my breast implants and lift even more! They look amazing. Before my surgery, I couldn't find one "wish pic" that was a lift AND implants. They all looked subpar. Mine, on the other hand, look just like someone who got implants and didn't need a lift. Dr. Broadway exceeded my expectations. He must be one of the nicest people I've ever met as well. My #1 goal was to find the absolute, hands down BEST surgeon in Colorado. Not by reviews (although I read tons for him and other surgeons), but by credentials. I take credentials and professional opinions as proof, and trust me when I say I looked into that way too much. Dr. Broadway was my very first consultation, and I assumed that I couldn't have found the best Dr. on my first try, so I saw a few more. All of the surgeons I saw for consultations were great, but even they couldn't hesitate to tell me that Dr. Broadway was known as the best (in their own words, of course). I then decided to go through with the surgery with Dr. Broadway and his team. When I went in for my pre-op appointment, it was very fast paced, as there was a lot to cover, but they answered every question I had and after showing my "wish pics", he gave me a few options as to what would get me there. I needed a lift too, as I have three children and breastfed. I am now 1 month post-op and am so satisfied with my breasts. I looked at so many breast lifts with implants pictures before my surgery and couldn't find one that I could take in as my wish picture, so I was absolutely terrified that it just wasn't possible for me to get the results I wanted, considering the fact that I needed the lift, but much to my surprise, Dr. Broadway over delivered and I couldn't be happier. As I said above, he's not only a great surgeon, but he's proved to me that he has a huge heart and truly cares about his patients. You aren't just going to be a number on his list. I appreciate him so so much and would recommend him to anyone looking for not only implants, but specifically a lift (mastopexy) with implants, as that is a very difficult surgery to perform ( from what I've read from other surgeons on RealSelf) and he did a remarkable job on mine.
