Best experience and best office in Los Angeles! Dr. Rawnsley is an expert plastic surgeon with an incredible eye for detail! From the beginning, everyone in his office was lovely - from his front desk Holly to Dr. Rawnsley himself. This was the most carefree rhinoplasty/otoplasty experience I could have asked for! It's been one month since my surgery & I could not be any happier! So grateful to Dr. Rawnsley & his staff who were incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish. In terms of recovery, it went smoothly with virtually no pain. I woke up from surgery with little bruising that only lasted a few days. Overall it was much easier than I had anticipated. Once Dr. Rawnsley removed the cast from my nose I was immediately overjoyed with the results. I had very little swelling, which I was really happy with. Could not have asked for better results, my new nose is perfect & my breathing is finally fixed. My new look has given so much confidence. A few weeks ago i had my Rhino/septoplasty done with Dr. Rawnsley and all i can say is WOW! I am SO thankful and happy with the results. Prior to going to him i did SO much research on different surgeons that can fix both my broken septum and the overall appearance of my nose and Dr. Rawnsley is the one that i trusted my face with. My nose looks perfect for my face now, it looks as if i was naturally born with a cute nose! What i also love about Dr. Rawnsley is that he isn’t only a great surgeon he’s also such a great person! He has a very comforting and calm presence. Also, everyone that works in his office are always super sweet and friendly! Such an amazing and flawless experience!

I could not be more grateful and thankful to Dr. Rawnsley, who has truly changed my life and the way I see and feel about myself and my appearance. I had rhinoplasty many years ago and disliked the results, it did not suit my face and I was always so self conscious of it. It felt like it was a black spot on my appearance. I tried to accept it but could never get past it. It took many years of being unhappy to finally consider trying to have it fixed, as the last thing I wanted was the possibility of it looking worse. I am so glad I took the decision now, having found Dr. Rawnsley. I looked at a few surgeons and I made the decision to go and see Dr. Rawnsley based on instinctively liking the information on Dr. Rawnsley's website, which was very thorough and also displayed his deep expertise and authenticity with his work and with patients. The before and afters helped too as the results were plain to see. I couldn't have been more right. After the consultation, I came away I very excited. Dr. Rawnsley immediately identified the problems with my previous surgery and suggested changes that matched my face, so my nose blended in and looked perfect. I felt very confident with Dr. Rawnsley and made the decision to proceed quickly. On the day of the surgery, I was not nervous. However literally five minutes before, I wanted to make a slight change to what we has agreed. I was so impressed with the way Dr. Rawnsley handled this and we agreed a slight change in a couple of minutes. I wonder if other surgeons would not want to make changes right before the surgery - but I think Dr. Rawnsley is such a talented surgeon he can handle anything. The surgery went so well and I was comfortable after coming round. There was a bit of swelling and no bruising. I could see the improvement even with the cast on. After the cast was removed, I was amazed! And now 4 weeks after surgery, I am so very happy! The swelling has really gone down and it is healing up nicely. I am so proud of my look and stopped feeling self conscious immediately. I can't believe how Dr. Rawnsley was able to turn the old nose into this! It is just perfect and its the look I should have had the first time around! The skill involved is incredible. I am so very grateful to Dr. Rawnsley, for his care, expertise and authenticity - Dr. Rawnsley is really a first class plastic surgeon - and this comes through in the consultation. Dr. Rawnsley did exactly what he said he would and the results exceeded my expectations. I would encourage any one who is worried about their nose to go and see Dr. Rawnsley.
