Dr. Maan is simply amazing! I couldn't be happier with my decision to trust him with my breast augmentation. I spent years considering this procedure after losing volume in my natural breasts from working out. I initially consulted with two other plastic surgeons in Los Gatos, but both experiences left me feeling more insecure and pressured into unnecessary procedures like armpit liposuction, donut lift, and an internal bra technique involving permanent mesh. I started to feel defeated in my search for the right plastic surgeon until I found Dr. Maan. From the first consultation to my post-op follow-up, he exceeded every expectation. Dr. Maan provided expert advice from the very beginning, taking multiple measurements and offering suggestions that would best suit my body frame while still respecting my preferences. He also used 3D Crisalix imaging to help me visualize how different implant sizes and profiles would look. Together we found a happy medium that felt right. On surgery day, his calm and reassuring demeanor instantly put me at ease, and I woke up incredibly happy with the results. The recovery process has been so smooth, with minimal pain and discomfort. I'm amazed at how fast and easy it all was. For context, I had surgery on a Friday and was back to work by Monday. Dr. Maan's follow-up care has been exceptional. He checked in with me immediately after the surgery and again a few days later to ensure everything was progressing well. It was evident in every interaction that he genuinely cares for his patients' wellbeing and happiness. I can't end this review without giving a shoutout to Audrey, the patient care coordinator at Maan Plastic Surgery. Dr Maan did my reconstruction surgery after a bilateral mastectomy. He did a direct to implant reconstruction. I was happy that he was open to DTI as not all plastic surgeons are. I travel 2-1/2 hours to see him because of his expertise and care. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Audrey always helps with appointments and communications with Dr Maan. I would absolutely recommend Dr Maan.

Unfortunately our introduction to Dr. Maan was not scheduled or planned, however we are so fortunate that he was part of the team at Good Samaritan Hospital. My husband suffered major complications from open heart surgery and he required extensive treatment and subsequent surgeries (including wound care). Dr. Maan has treated my husband with exceptional care and with such sincere compassion. The original hospital stay started very dark for me, as I was very close to losing my husband. Even during that difficult time, he provided light and hope. I asked a lot of questions and Dr. Maan has always remained patient and warm and really listened to me. When we traveled 90 miles to another hospital facility for further treatment, he followed up and tracked progress to ensure my husband was continuing to move in the right direction. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and extremely kind, but is also a huge supporter and cheerleader. I’m grateful we met him and blessed our paths crossed. I will not hesitate to seek his help or refer others, not only for wound care but any cosmetic procedures for myself or for family members. We love you Dr. Maan!

I went in for a breast augmentation and let me tell you that it’s the best decision I have made in my life! Dr. Maan is amazing. He listened very carefully to everything I wanted to have and also explained how certain implants were going to look and sit in my chest. He made several suggestions and I took his word because I trusted him. I’m very happy ! Staff are very friendly too. Audrey is such a sweetheart. She made me feel so comfortable and was able to get an appointment set for surgery in less than a month of consultation. Now I’m recovering but super excited to wear cute tops in the summer !
