After months of waiting for my appt. The office cancelled my appt 4 days prior to my apt. date. This was not mentioned when I made the appt, when they cancelled me and I called they said they did not notify me via email because they didn't have the address. I waited a long time for an appt they decided to cancel. Very disappointed.
