Dr. Abdelaziz Atwez, a highly accomplished surgeon, hails from a small city on the Mediterranean coast. He achieved exceptional academic success during his undergraduate education, ranking in the top 99% and earning recognition for his outstanding performance.

After completing his undergraduate studies, Dr. Atwez pursued a career in medicine at The University of Tishreen School of Medicine. He then joined an academic training program in general surgery at the same institution, graduating top of his class with honors.

Driven by a passion for plastic surgery and a desire for professional growth, Dr. Atwez made the decision to further his training in the United States. He pursued advanced training in Plastic Surgery at the renowned University of South Carolina, focusing on complex reconstruction and free tissue transfer. This specialized training allowed him to develop expertise in the intricate field of plastic surgery.

Dr. Atwez has numerous publications in prestigious peer-reviewed journals. In recognition of his expertise, he has also been invited to serve as a reviewer for multiple esteemed journals and has contributed as a chapter author in a book within his field.

Dr. Atwez’s commitment to the plastic surgery community extends beyond his clinical work and research contributions.
