Dr. Sparano is one of the only surgeons of the Monmouth County region with such a prestigious and specialized training dedicated to facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Sparano has passed the most rigorous testing standards of the American Board of Facial Plastic Surgery, and is a diplomat of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is a Double Board-Certified Facial Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon, credentialed by both the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Board of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery. Upon his ABFPRS re-certification Board exam, Dr. Sparano still scored in the 99th percentile on the written exam.

Dr. Sparano’s interest in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery stemmed from the surgical challenges therein, and from the joy derived in helping patients achieve a certain vision of themselves.
