Dr. Trenton M. Morton is a board-certified plastic surgeon at Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons and serves as a Clinical Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of Washington. Dr. Morton has been voted Seattle Met Top Doctor in Plastic Surgery in 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Dr. Morton earned his Doctor of Medicine and thereafter completed a six-year plastic surgery residency at the University of Washington School of Medicine. During his training, Dr. Morton was mentored by internationally leading experts in the fields of microsurgery, breast reconstruction, general reconstructive surgery, and cosmetic surgery. His training has given him the skills to perform advanced surgical techniques with precision and poise and to achieve excellent results for his patients.

Dr. Morton’s clinical focus includes cosmetic surgery of the breast, face, and body. He performs facelift, eyelid surgery, neck lift, breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction, abdominoplasty, and body contouring procedures, as well as other aesthetic surgeries. He also performs general reconstruction and comprehensive breast reconstructive surgery, including free tissue transfer breast reconstruction (DIEP flap), implant-based breast reconstruction, and breast reconstructive revision.

As a clinician, he is passionate about facilitating open and honest dialogue with his patients regarding their treatment and surgical options aimed at empowering them to reach their full potential. Dr. Morton gets excited about helping his patients overcome any quality-of-life limitations and achieve their personal and physical goals. 

His clinical focus includes breast reconstruction and cosmetic surgery of the face, breast, and body. His priorities are the safety and comfort of every patient he sees.
