Dr. Osborne does not do ct scans plus. My sliding genioplasty surgery was a complete failure as the titanium plate failed when eating a piece of bread 2 weeks in. He also tried charging me more for the revision than the initial surgery. make sure you make him declare his revision costs.

I did my genioplasty with Dr. Osborn at CMF in March 2025 and could not be happier with the result! I went in prepared to not get 100% of what I wanted, simply given the normal risks and uncertainty associated with surgery, but I have to say I was not disappointed even a little. My outcome is basically exactly what I was hoping for, with little to no complications at any step of the process. Dr. Osborn and the team were extremely helpful, caring, and responsive and the surgery itself was a breeze. It took me over a year to get the courage to move forward with the surgery and I'm honestly so glad I did. Everyone in my life has told me my new chin looks ~so natural~. Even my mom likes it. Recommend genioplasty and recommend Dr. Osborn. :-)

It’s been an amazing experience at CMF Surgeon. I highly recommend Dr. Osborn for sliding genioplasty. Surgeon Selection I, too, had countless questions before undergoing surgery and was unsure which procedure would best suit my needs, particularly my weak chin projection and deep mentolabial fold. Fortunately, I came across CMF. Dr. Osborn and his office were very responsive. He listened to all my concerns, carefully evaluated my needs, and provided a well-informed opinion. He communicated thoroughly about the expected outcomes. Procedure Dr. Osborn was very detailed and thorough in explaining what to expect, the medications to follow, and how the overall healing process would progress. The day of the surgery was an absolute breeze—I was in and out of surgery in under two hours. Pain management was easy, and honestly, I’ve had worse pain at a dental office. After Surgery It’s been three months since my surgery, and I am elated with the results. Most of the swelling has subsided, and I am confident it will continue to improve in the coming months. Dr. Osborn’s office maintained regular follow-ups and addressed all my concerns. Overall I am thoroughly impressed with the results. I have full faith in Dr. Osborn’s ability, and if I ever had to undergo this procedure again, I would choose him as my surgeon without hesitation.

Dr. Osborn and his team have been absolutely incredible from start to finish. I am so grateful to everyone at CMF and I mean it when I say Dr. Osborn has literally changed my life. I had double jaw surgery with a septoplasty and genioplasty 3 months ago (Sept ‘24) and I am amazed by the results. Adriana, Mary and the whole team are so friendly, accommodating and quick to reply to any needs or concerns. During the first week or so of my recovery, someone checked in with me everyday. My wedding is in 2 months and Dr. Osborn did everything he could to make sure I will look and feel my best under a very tight timeline. I am a nurse myself and I have never met a provider with such an incredible bedside manner who will take the time to answer every question and never rushes you. I had a few hiccups with my recovery, by no fault of Dr. Osborn, and he was always quick to respond and get me into the office as needed. I truly feel CMF went above and beyond to ensure an amazing experience and outcome. I would highly highly recommend using CMF surgeons (and seaport smiles) for any procedures you are considering.

This was the most positive, affirming, and professional experience with a medical team me and my wife have experienced. Dr. Osborn is both and extremely talented surgeon and a legitimately delightful man to be around, and every step of the process he made her, and me, feel confident in him and his team. It's been 9 months and she couldn't be happier with her results, and we still often talk about what a positive experience this was. For anyone considering any kind of service, but especially FFS, we highly recommend CMF and Dr. Osborn.
