Dr. Thomas Jacob Jr. is from Springfield Pa and he has practiced in the area for the last twenty years. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1981, and Jefferson Medical College 1985. Dr. Jacob is licensed in Pennsylvania and Delaware and he is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
