Dr. Kramer and his staff are fantastic. I feel so welcome just coming into the office! From first time calling Jennifer (front desk) to speaking with Courtney (who managed my scheduling) and all preparation with Kim (nurse) and Dr. Kramer it has been great! I have wanted a breast augmentation for, well, too long to remember, but I have always been very nervous about the right doctor, the right timing, and the financial commitment. I finally had a reason to just seriously look into my options. I had several doctors recommended to me, a few in state and a few out of state. I soon realized that Dr. Kramer was the only decision for me. First, just looking at before and afters of any of his plastic surgery procedures he's done in comparison to other surgeons, it was obvious the skill and artistry was superior. The staff was very informative and ensured that I had every option to learn everything I needed to know to make the best decision for myself. They worked very hard to work with my schedule and explain the costs and make sure that everything was a very smooth process. From planning to surgery I knew exactly what to expect. Dr. Kramer is state of the art in his process surrounding surgery and recovery and even though it may not be everyone's outcome, I experienced almost no pain after my surgery and had a very quick recovery with a lot of care and follow-up from Kimmie first, then of course Dr. Kramer. Everyone is great! I was so happy I stayed in state. The slight extra cost was absolutely worth the experience, the security from any potential complications, the proximity and the care I received...not to mention I am extremely happy with the outcome!!

It took me a while to decide to get a breast life and augmentation and went to a couple different doctors for consultations. Immediately when I walked into Dr. Kramer's office, I felt so comfortable. Everyone was so professional and kind and made me feel very at ease. Dr. Kramer spent considerable time with me in my consultation and his nurse, Kimmie, too. They answered all my questions and asked a lot of their own, making sure I knew all my options and also getting to know me and what I was looking to get out of my surgery. My surgery was amazing! I was treated so well and it is apparent that everyone who works for or around Dr. Kramer loves their jobs and respects Dr. Kramer. My follow ups were all great, still treated with the same care and completeness as before my surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Kramer for any cosmetic surgery--I can't imagine having anyone else perform surgery on me. He is a perfectionist which is exactly what you want!

Dr. Kramer and his staff are exceptional as far as their knowledge and care for patients. Every single person was friendly and made the experience absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I went to Dr. Kramer seeking a breast augmentation after giving birth to and breastfeeding three children. As you can imagine, it can be somewhat uncomfortable discussing such a private (and even embarrassing) situation with anybody--even a doctor. However, Dr. Kramer is completely professional and takes the time to answer questions and make sure that he understands what the patient wants. His calm demeanor and straightforward communication really put me at ease and made me feel 100% comfortable. I would also like to add that Kimm, who works closely with Dr. Kramer during examinations, is especially kind and considerate of patients throughout the entire process. She made herself available for questions and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort before and after surgery. I am completely happy with my results and my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. I simply can't say enough about Dr. Kramer and his staff!

Wonderful experience! Would recommend to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon. I looked at TONS of providers including in different states for a breast augmentation, but I am so happy I chose to go to Dr. Kramer. The entire process was very professional, and the office & surgery staff made me feel very comfortable. Kimmie was amazing and so helpful in everything- I am so happy with the results and with the experience.
