Dr. Lau is an Associate Professor at LSU Plastic Surgery. He is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who offers the full range of cosmetic surgeries, including:

Dr. Lau's training and education are world class. He attended Yale University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biochemistry and Biophysics in 3 years. He then earned his M.D. with Research Honors from the University of Michigan Medical School. Following this, he completed 6 years of plastic surgery training at the Harvard Combined Plastic Surgery Training Program. Along the way, Dr. Lau also completed a 2-year research fellowship at Harvard's Simches Center for Regenerative Medicine.

He is an award-winning, nationally recognized expert who has published dozens of peer-reviewed articles. In 2017 he won the LSU Health Science Center Outstanding Accomplishments by a Junior Faculty Member Award. His research has also won multiple Best Paper/Poster awards at national conferences, and he regularly presents his work at national and international plastic surgery meetings.
