Both of my daughter's had BBL's at Pure plastic surgery. They love their results. We are so happy we found Dr. Earle and Dr. Vidal. For years they have been wanting to have the BBL surgery, but I always said "no". Until I met Dr. Earle. What scared me about the BBL surgery was the thought of it being a blind surgery. How do you know where your injecting if you can't see? When we met Dr. Earle he showed us what a safe BBL was. He is the Master of safe BBL's. He does the Ultrasound Guided BBL's. That means he can see where he is injecting the fat. He doesn't do it blind, and he has cell saver. I am so happy that I finally found a place where I feel safe for my children to have surgery. My daughter's love Dr. Earle and Dr. Vidal. Thanks to them, mom finally said yes. Safety is always priority at Pure. 1 had surgery with Dr. Earle and my other daughter with Dr. Vidal. Thank you so much Dr's. for taking care of my daughter's. I trust you with my life, my children. And they're obsessed with their results. 🤗🫶

- You’ll only notice your botched results about 3-4 months after your swelling goes down & by then he’ll blame it on you! - Dr.Earle botched me and then tried to gaslight me afterwards. The staff treats you amazing until after your surgery, then they treat you poorly and with an attitude. I honestly don’t believe Dr.Earle performed my surgery due to the uneven lipo on my abdomen (the same issues ALL the other botched girls are talking about - I have a hotdog 🌭 shape fat across my lower abdomen) and back (my right side has a fat flab) and he didn’t fill my hip dips - he did what HE WANTED and filled my saddle bags more causing me to look ugly AF, the tubing they put in caused me issues immediately after surgery and I’m STILL having issues from due to it messing up my lymphatic system in that area 😭 - and the nurses were incredibly aggressive and mean when I woke from anesthesia bc I couldn’t lift myself up!!! I’ll never forget how hard they turned/threw me over from my stomach to back 😭 . They never asked how I was doing, they were cold and didn’t even pay attention to me. It was the worst surgery experience I’ve ever had. PLEASE do your research and don’t rush and also don’t believe the facade you see him play on social media!!! It’s all a show - it’s not genuine and I’ve spoken to more than 20 other girls who regret going to him bc of their terrible results! Also, they intimidate and manipulate girls to take down their bad reviews. Again - you can find all of this easily on surgery forums and social media. Just because he’s the “safest” surgeon doesn’t mean he’s providing CONSISTENT quality results. Stop believing everything you see on social media bc I deeply deeply regret getting my BBL done by him. 😭💔 They’ll probably delete/hide this review and I’ll have to keep posting it - they’ve done this more times than us botched girls can count!

I can’t explain how I thankful and grateful I am that I found Dr Earl he truly changed my life. Pure Review: 101! I’m going to write you a full review on my personal experience with PURE cosmetic, Dr. Earle and his team. Dr. Earle has impressive credentials which, is one of the many reasons I decided to go with him. Initially when I reached out, I was doing my research via blogs, websites, etc. I had a FaceTime consult with him and just felt so comfortable in speaking to him, he has a real calming presence which inflicts great comfort in his patients. To me this was important, I want to trust that my health and cosmetic needs will be met by the surgeon whom I choose. After that FaceTime call, I knew he was the one. After seeing his before and afters, speaking to his team VIA Klara and EMAIL. I knew this was the place I needed to go to. Since I’m an out of state patient, coming to Miami, I took advantage of getting all of my required testing completed at home with my PCP. Results were sent directly to Pure and the following day I was cleared for surgery. It feels so great to know every single thing is ran directly through him. I praise him for this, because I can only imagine how exhausting this can be. He truly cares about his patients. Now lets fast forward to my Breast implant exchange procedure. Surgery Date: 01/09/20. I arrived in Miami, went to have my pre-op apt one day prior to surgery. He took the time to take measurements and listen to my thoughts, concerns, hopes and dreams..haha! He gave me his recommendation and we agreed on the size and it was just perfect! Surgery Day: Arrive to the clinic, had the testing required done prior to surgery, got marked up, met with anesthesiologist and went into the surgery room. It was so nice to see that Dr. Earle was in the room from the time I was going into surgery and the whole time as the anesthesiologist was preparing me. He was so hands on, such a humble and amazing doctor. Waking up from anesthesia: I had a great experience with the recovery nurses. They were so kind and caring. Caring for patients that are potentially coming out of anesthesia with pain and discomfort is not an easy job to do. I felt very comfortable in their hands. Post-Op: Am I dreaming or…why do I feel so normal? Obvious soreness, tenderness…but this is the best surgery experience I have ever had. Five days post op & I feel AMAZING. If you are thinking about coming to see Dr. Earle and his team, don’t think twice about it and really just take advantage of the consultations, whether it be via FaceTime, or in person.
