Dr. Felippe Sartorato is a distinguished plastic and reconstructive surgeon recognized for his expertise in both aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. Dr. Felippe Sartorato began his academic career at Berry College in Rome, GA, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Language with double minors in Biology and Chemistry. His diverse educational background provided him with a global perspective and a deep understanding of the sciences.

He went on to earn his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM) in Spartanburg, SC), graduating at the top of his class with a GPA of 4.0 and being inducted into the Sigma Sigma Phi National Osteopathic Honor Fraternity. His academic performance and leadership earned him multiple awards, including Student of the Year in 2013, 2014, and 2015.

Dr. Sartorato pursued his General Surgery Residency at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson, NJ (2017-2022), where he earned the prestigious Intern of the Year award in 2018 and then the Chief Resident of the Year award in 2022. His exceptional performance led him to continue his specialization with a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at the same institution.

With extensive experience in both general and plastic surgery, Dr. Sartorato’s expertise spans a wide range of procedures, including facial reconstructive surgery, cleft lip and palate repair, maxillofacial reconstruction, aesthetic enhancements, body contouring, breast reconstruction, and complex wound management. His approach integrates surgical precision with an artistic vision, ensuring natural and harmonious results tailored to each patient’s needs. Additionally, his proficiency in microsurgical techniques and post-traumatic reconstruction allows him to restore both function and aesthetics for patients requiring complex interventions.
