The experience I had at Zoe Plastic Surgery was well worth the travel in gold. From all the coordinators, managers, doctors, surgery teams and massage therapists it was beyond a 10/10! My coordinator Amy was thorough, answered all my questions (and I had a ton) was genuine and a complete sweetheart. Lauri was amazing! If I couldn't get in touch with anyone or had an off the wall question she was on it! I super appreciated her kindness and attentiveness. Dayana is possibly the sweetest person you'll ever meet and Dalma (hope I spelled right!) was truly wonderful and made you feel right at home. Dr. Bazell was absolutely amazing, hands down. He genuinely cares for his patients and you don't feel like just a number or herded cattle. He took time to answer about a million questions I had, checked in on me several times, and gave great advice on how to continue recovery at home to achieve great results. I won't ever go to another doctor after my great experience with him. He's truly one of a kind. Massive props to Rosa! She is the GOAT of lymphatic massages. Her care helped my recovery immensely. She explains everything, gives you do's and don'ts for healing and honestly has magical hands. Her care and beautiful personality towards her patients blew my mind. I would fly down to Miami just to get my massages from her... trust me, she's that good. I would absolutely make the trip again to Zoe for any additional needs or wants in in the future. If you are traveling, (especially alone) the surgery recovery home I stayed at with Marilyn, Guillermo, and Ines was beyond perfect. I felt safe knowing I was with someone with legit medical knowledge, was well taken care of, had delicious home cooked meals (I would've totally taken Ines home with me), was driven to and from appointments and received the absolute best care. I would also give them a 10/10! Don't stay anywhere else! Perfect visit for having procedures that can come across scary or nerve wracking, especially going solo. Was fabulous experience all around. If someone is looking for a negative all I can say is read your paperwork that you sign (and it's explained to you verbally as well). There are fees for certain extra things you will need or something the doctors strongly suggest you get (DON'T skimp on the lymphatic massages ya'll). If you want great results listen, follow directions, be prepared, and stay positive. Thank you Zoe 😊

Amazing service and work! Dr. Marshall met with me before the surgery and was very informative and honest. I’m very happy with my results and feel much more confident and comfortable with my body! Dayana was very helpful and assisted me in any questions I had. Rosemary the massage therapist is very knowledgeable and gentle! I’ve had a great experience so far with Zoe and will recommend it and also come back for other cosmetic procedures. Everyone is very helpful and attentive. The process was smooth and quick.
