The hospitality I have received from this place was top tier. From the consultation, the pre-op, surgery, and post-op. The gift just keeps on giving. I had a breast augmentation done with Dr. Deleon and her staff delivered with their customer service. I really want to give a huge shout out to not only Dr. Deleon but also Kayla. During my pre-op she was so kind, reassuring, and compassionate. She made sure I was completely comfortable and when I voiced my concerns on how scared I was she managed her team up and made sure to let me know I was in good hands, we even shared a couple laughs together through the entire process. I also want to give a shoutout to the anesthesiologist Michael (forgive me if that’s not his name, but he knows who I’m talking about), he was so funny, made jokes and also made me feel super comfortable. i was perfectly fine putting my life in his hands per-say and giving him the opportunity to put me to sleep and take a little nap nap. My augmentation was done today, 05/22/2025 and I can’t wait to see the completed results. Thank you so much Prestige!!!

Prestige plastic surgery scheduled me for a tummy tuck on January 9th 2025, but the anesthesia doctor decided that it would have to be done in a hospital setting. No problem, but that should have been relayed to me before they scheduled my appointment. They were aware of my cardiac clearance and said there was no problem. On the day the surgery was scheduled, I told that the surgeon was going to check on doing it at one of the local hospitals in Miami. After a week or two of contacting them, I was told that the doctor decided not to do it, and I would be refunded the money I paid. I've been constantly getting the run around, promises to have someone call me back, which nobody ever does. This place is a rip off, and fraud. They have no problem taking your money,but can't return it for services not rendered.

I want to take a moment to express how amazing my experience has been so far with Prestige Plastic Surgery, especially thanks to my incredible coordinator, Ained S. From day one, she has been responsive, kind, and extremely helpful. Every time I had a question, she made sure to get back to me—even if she missed my call, she always followed up with a text or return call. She worked with me to make my payment plan flexible and even locked in a great promotion. Ained is truly sweet, polite, and respectful, and her communication is top-notch. She also helped me book not just one, but two surgeries at once, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t ask for a better coordinator. Ained, thank you so much for your hard work and dedication—I am beyond pleased with your service. I can’t wait for my first round with Prestige (back lift with breast lift and implant exchange), and I’m already booked for Round 2 with Lipo360! This is going to be my second time working with Dr. Deleon and Ained as my coordinator. When I say they are super professional and patient. Dr. Deleon was able to fit me in to see her in between her busy schedule for a quick consultation. She’s just as great as the last time I worked with her. Ained is the BEST coordinator! She responds in a timely manner and looks out for her clients always.

My experience with Prestige Plastic Surgery has been absolutely great from start to finish. From the first phone call with the coordinator Ained who patiently answered all my questions I felt that this was the right place for me. Dr. Deleon is kind, patient and amazingly gentle. Her bedside manner made me feel so comfortable! I’m 3 days post op (Lipo 360 and BA) and so far everything looks perfect! I can’t say enough about the post op nurse, Isabella! She checked on me even during the weekend, answered all my questions and was so helpful during my post op appointment. She’s amazing!!! If you’re not sure where to go for surgery, don’t hesitate to book with Dr. Deleon, her exceptional skills and her staff make all the difference!

Picked up friend and our experience was good overall. The beginning of her visit was chaotic and disorganized but everyone was nice once we got settled.

Please be careful where you go. They don't give you a chance to meet with the doctor before your surgery and don't give you all the details you need to know...
