Dr. Jennifer Palacio, M.D., is a dedicated South Florida native, born and raised in Miami. In 2013, she graduated magna cum laude, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological sciences from Florida International University. In 2019, she obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree from the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine at FIU. Dr. Palacio completed her general surgery residency at Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood, FL in 2024. She further specialized in cosmetic surgery, completing an American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery certified fellowship at one of the most well-known cosmetic surgery practices in Tampa, FL in 2025. Her specialized training in cosmetic surgery encompasses cosmetic breast surgery, body contouring, liposuction, abdominoplasty, facial cosmetic surgery, and more.

With a strong belief that it is both a privilege and an honor to practice surgery, Dr. Palacio strives to make a meaningful impact on her patients’ lives through a blend of compassion, expertise, and technical skill. She is particularly excited to embark on her new professional journey as a cosmetic surgeon, where she can serve her community and apply her keen eye for detail to provide personalized care to her future patients, making her a wonderful addition to the Avana Plastic Surgery team.

In her spare time, Dr. Palacio enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, spending time at the beach, traveling, exercising and gardening.

Si my doctor was Dr. Mark Schusterman and let me tell you he is amazing. He made me feel so comfortable and safe. I had a breast reduction and lift with lipo 360 and transfer to the hips and he did such a beautiful job 10 out of 10 would always recommend. His staff is so friendly and sweet. DR.GOLIO I’m about 2 weeks out from a breast lift no implant.My main goal was to regain my natural perky pre-baby breast. I coordinated my surgery in less than 3 weeks from consultation to surgery date. Dr.GOLIO and the entire staff was very professional,friendly, and helpful i was extremely nervous which is to be expected but when I met him I instantly felt better he gave me realistic options and professional advice without trying to push me into implants or other surgeries which I’ve found common when looking for a cosmetic doctor. He is a REAL woman’s cosmetic surgeon but I can’t lie my breast look better than expected I feel like a Barbie doll. I am so grateful to Avana and especially Dr.GOLIO he has changed my life!

Honestly, my whole experience with AVANA Plastic Surgery was amazing. Everyone there was so professional, caring, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. From the prep work to talking with the one and only Dr. Stephanie Luster, I just knew I was in good hands. She really listened to me, understood my frame, and gave me results that fit perfectly with my body. I got a male BBL and ab etching, and let me tell you — everything turned out snatched and clean. The aftercare team was so attentive and made sure I was okay every step of the way. You can tell they truly care about their patients. If you’re not feeling happy with certain parts of your body, trust me — this place and Dr. Luster will give you the best version of you, one that actually works with your frame. ⸻ Dr. Mamenski completely changed my life. I honestly can’t believe my results — he went above and beyond anything I could’ve imagined. From start to finish, he truly listened to what I wanted and delivered it perfectly. My stomach went from having so much loose skin to being completely flat, and my BBL… it’s just perfect — not too big, not too small, exactly how I envisioned it. He sculpted my body beautifully and gave me back my confidence. I also can’t thank his wife, Jody, enough. She was such an amazing resource throughout the whole process. She eased my mind, made me feel comfortable and confident, and was always there to listen when I started second-guessing myself. After a whole 2 years of research. I finally made the right choice of choosing avana and their absolutely perfect team. They’re all very much welcoming and make you feel at home. I appreciate the whole Avana team at 1645 107th ave in Miami i can say i had the BEST of experiences. Nothing to regret and not a negative thing to say about them. I flew from CT and had a lipo 360 and bbl with Dr. Salama who treated me with much respect and also made me feel very confident and at home going into my surgery. Post care team was great, and i also wanted another procedure in about a year from now and aydes was very helpful and guided me through every single step. Jose always listened was very kind and patient at all times. And sol and her lymphatic massages were amazing. I appreciate the whole Avana team.
