The surgical coordinator isn't detailed at all. No consideration that each patient is a different person. Not detailed about everything needed post surgery....

Dr. Jeff performed my daughter's breast lift and implant placement, and he did an excellent job. I am extremely happy with this positive change. Dr.Jeff and his team are caring and dedicated. I've done a lot of research on different doctors and Dr. Jeff is a highly competent surgeon. Thank you!🏆

Smart Plastic Surgery is amazing ! Their customer is great . Lili, Barbara , almost everyone is very helpful . Barbara always takes very good care of me and my mom. Also , the nurse upon going into surgery they make you feel very comfortable. My over all experience is wonderful. I highly recommend. My surgeon was Dr. Shanklin.

My experience here was top tier from the beginning to the end. From meeting my surgeon (He met all my expectations and gave me exactly what I asked for). The staff were friendly and always helpful. My nurse was phenomenal ( there was not one day that I didn’t get a phone call to check in and see how I was doing). Thank you guys for making this experience worthwhile. Everything about it exceeded my expectations from the comforting words from the anesthesiologist . Violeta is the best of the best. The greetings, the Med Spa top notch. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Shanklin you are the BEST!!!

I'm honestly confused by these reviews *so far*. I've spoken with Valentina, Lis, and now Sofia. They have all been so sweet, so quick to answer, and very patient with me. My surgery is on Thursday with Pitman, so I will update you after. But so far, I haven't seen this negative communication that I see so many reviews about. Updated review 9 days post op- Originally gave a 5 but have to give a 1 after surgery because people deserve to know what they are getting themselves into. This is very much a get what you pay for place. If you want to be treated like an actual human being, you will have to pay the 10k+ to get your surgeries done at *nicer* places. For me, it was worth the money so far. I'm not even ready to fully explain my surgery Day because it was honestly traumatizing. (I plan on adding this part when im feeling better) But I will say preop day, be prepared to be there for 6 hours. Surgery day, they called me to come in AN HOUR AND A HALF EARLY. Just for me to get there and sit for THREE hours before my surgery?? Why? I will never know because they don't like to communicate with you. I will say the male anesthesiologist was very kind to me, and the little time I did spend with the surgeon was good. Dr. Pitman was very reassuring, and so far, I think he did well, I am happy with the size and incisions. But their nurses were very rude and absolutely no compassion or empathy. Although I do need to say the 3rd floor staff was caring and helpful at least. Again, you get what you pay for, so for a simple breast augmentation, it can be worth saving a little money to get this done. Also, please have someone spell check all the papers you are giving to your paying customers. People are giving you thousands of dollars to cut them open, and the doctors name isn't even spelled right. It's honestly scary. The surgeon and anesthesiologist was the only thing that made me not regret going through with it.

My experience so far has been amazing! The staff has been very attentive. They have answered my calls and responded to my messages within the same day. I booked a consultation and flew in to meet Dr. Jeff. The place was clean and everyone was nice. I am scheduled to have my surgery soon. I’m excited. Will post a post op update soon.
