I had an amazing experience with Dr. Jacob Freiman and the entire team at CG Cosmetics. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and so well-organized. My coordinator and the nurses were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel safe and supported the whole way through. Dr. Freiman did an incredible job — I absolutely love my results! The pain was minimal, and I didn’t even need the strong meds they gave me “just in case.” I’m so happy I chose CG Cosmetics — I feel confident, grateful, and truly taken care of.

I mean WOW!! One day post chin liposuction with filler and it looks Amazing!! Yes, the wait is a little long but I totally see why things are done that way! Absolutely worth the travel!! Dr. DeSouza is phenomenal!! Great bedside manner and obviously a phenomenal surgeon! Shout out to the whole team especially Raquel my beautiful coordinator!!

This is not a paid or influencer review. I had my doubts about CG Cosmetics because of the rumors in the past, but I’m so glad I trusted my research and went with Dr. Freiman. I had my surgery on 4/10/2025. I got an augmentation with a mastopexy using gummy bear implants, and I’m one week post-op. I’m already obsessed with how they look and I know they’re only going to get better as I heal. Dr. Freiman is that guy! He was so patient, so kind, and he really took his time with me. He let me show him my wish pics, listened to exactly what I wanted, gave his honest input, and made sure we were on the same page before surgery. The results speak for themselves. He understood the assignment and nailed it. The staff was great too. From my coordinator to the nurse practitioner to the ladies at pre op and post op, everyone was professional, helpful, and made me feel at ease the entire time. I truly had a great experience and highly recommend Dr. Freiman and the whole CG Cosmetics team.

The follow up is truly amazing their care and attentiveness is 10/10. Yakelin was my massage therapist has been amazing and has been helping me get the results that I want and that I love. Dr. Annia was amazing and always answered my questions and concerns she always ask how I am doing. The follow up department is amazing thank you guys for everything. Dr. Loessin was my surgeon he did amazing for mu surgery and helping me obtain my results that I am so far loving.

This place is nothing but a scam! Do NOT do business w them and if you speak to a surgical coordinator named Johanna Anzola, hang up the phone and run....

I had a PET procedure a week ago. I reside out of state and setting up the procedure was very simple. When I arrived, there was an approximate 4 hour wait from when I checked in to when the procedure was done. The check in process was a bit confusing as the scheduler could not tell me the time I was scheduled and had me sit and wait while she prepared my file because she didn’t have anything prepared for me. I also wasn’t made aware of an additional cost for a Covid and Flu test until a day before the procedure totaling $170. When I initially paid for my procedure, I wasn’t made aware of the extra cost. I was handed one qtip stick to swab myself and was told they were testing for both. However only 1 test stick was provided. I thought this was a bit over priced but understood. Dr De Souza was very professional and pleasant along with his nurse assistant. They made me feel very comfortable and engaged in conversation. The nurse was very professional and pleasant while we waited for the anesthesia to kick in. The procedure itself was a breeze. Very positive experience. I was handed my belongings and finally able to go home. However, on the drive home I called the clinic and asked if there was anything I should have been given for postoperative care. I realized they make you sign a hundred pages; however, never gave me a copy of postop care. Spoke to the scheduler assigned to me and she told me someone else would have spoken to me, I had to ask for something to be emailed to me to ensure I followed proper care. A week later, I received a text message from the clinic if I had any questions. In all, they were very pleasant. The confusion prevented me from giving them a 5 Star review. I was completely satisfied with how the procedure went. I highly recommend them for the PET procedure.
