Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Dr. Karan Chopra (pronounced CHŌE-prăh) is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon experienced in plastic surgery of the face, breast, eyes, and body. Dr. Chopra completed a dual aesthetic and oculoplastic cosmetic fellowship with Dr. Mark Codner, a world leader in plastic surgery. Later, the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) awarded Dr. Chopra board certification.

I want to be very honest and fair to others with my review. 1st things 1st: I’m Very Happy with the results, it’s been almost 3 weeks and so far I’m happy with it; of course the face Is a very sensitive area so it was very tough the first days. The experience itself with the surgery was very good from the moment you step into the Surgery place. You will not feel any pain at all. Something I want to point as a patient besides Dr. Chopra’s work is that right after the surgery they put a net on your face… so if you’re feeling uncomfortable like very very extremely uncomfortable with that- You Have To Tell The doctor Your Next Appointment. I kept complaining since the moment they were putting the net and unfortunately they didn’t pay attention to me, i couldn’t swallow or talk/ mumble or anything similar to communicate, i understand u will have a hard time the next few days but i felt something was not normal, thanks to the Dr he agreed to take it off, I appreciate that he listens to customers needs, but of course everyone is different. Besides that my rate is 11 out of 10. Overall, him and his team are very professional and organized, i think his prices are not low but not too crazy high like others i checked, the excellent work he does- worth it. I had other surgeries before and sometimes Drs treat u like they are above u, I didn’t feel that way with Dr Chopra, it was a respectful & collaborative relationship, I never felt like he saw himself as above me or treated me that way. Soooo u will be in good hands. :)

Way beyond my dreams! From the first phone call to my 7 week post op visit- This has been an amazing experience. Dr. Chopra has a knowledgeable, helpful office. Dr Chopra is highly skilled, he’s the master of his craft. Dr Chopra is innovative, always with the patient experience being his priority. Dr. Chopra and his team are truly exceptional. From start to finish, my experience was both professional and pleasant. During my consultation, Dr. Chopra conducted a thorough evaluation, complete with high-quality photographs to discuss my surgical goals and expectations. The team went above and beyond by accommodating me for surgery the following week. His nurse followed up in the days leading up to my procedure to arrange post-op medications and provide detailed recovery instructions. I underwent an upper blepharoplasty with local anesthesia and laser skin resurfacing, all performed in the office. The team ensured my comfort by providing a blanket, a stress ball, and allowing me to choose music, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Chopra took his time carefully measuring and marking my eyes before beginning the procedure. A cooling numbing cream was also applied to my face beforehand. The entire process lasted no more than 30 minutes, during which Dr. Chopra remained communicative and reassuring. Now on my third postoperative day, I am already thrilled with my results! Dr. Chopra has personally followed up multiple times to check on my recovery. I highly recommend him and his team—they are simply the best, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

I’m just entering week 6 post procedure and I’m so pleased! I was worried about how it would turn out, but the results are so natural (and I still have weeks of healing to go) that most people don’t really notice. They just say I look happy and relaxed. :) I love it that I can now feel confident on Zoom calls without obsessing about my lax neck and saggy face. Dr. Chopra and his team are the best. They prepared me well, took great care of me before, during and after, and followed my progress closely. In fact, Dr. Chopra called me today to see how I was doing — on a Saturday! I would recommend him without hesitation.

My experience with Dr. Chopra and his team was very positive. I arrived the day before my surgery in Miami to discuss the expectations about the surgery. I had a facelift, neck lift, fat transfer, and laser. On the day of the surgery, I arrived at 6:00 a.m. at the clinic to meet with the nurse and get ready for my surgery. His team was very caring and attentive. I addressed any concerns with his team before the surgery; I met the anesthesiologist and the nurse. The surgery was a success, and I had an easy recovery; I never felt any pain and will definitely do it all over again if I have to. It is so worth the investment; I feel more confident, and of course, I look younger. I recommend Dr. Chopra 💯; he is an expert and a very genuine person who cares for his patients. I had post-recovery follow-ups with him, and I felt I was in good hands the whole time. His team is very genuine and responsive to any questions or concerns.
