I had my first breast augmentation performed in 2007. I had them redone by another surgery center here in Orlando in July 2018. That surgery left me with dimpling and pain one month post surgery. I felt the surgeon butchered me. I had a chronic rash as well. He left me with scars that went no where and an OP report that was false. His staff was terribly rude and always rushed me in and out and even tore my bra and bandages off of me the next morning post OP.!. My husband and I were determined to find the Best Reconstruction Surgeon’s in the state of FL. After many consultations and stress we landed in Dr. Paul Afrooz’s office. The reason I chose his practice was because I saw his videotaped surgeries posted on YouTube. He exposed his true gifts for the world to see. The fact that he uses a no touch, surgical funnel approach to insert implants caught my attention. He works with another surgeon. Two gifted surgeons working on you is better than one. Less exposure to infection, two view points on symmetry and four eyes and different experiences that they both bring to the process. They are extremely gentle with how they handle their patients emotional state. They give of their time. They fixed my horrific and not easy case. They help guide me to trust that what will happen while I am in their care will be a positive experience and result. Just meeting them both will put you at ease. They do not offer false promises they simply live and work by the Golden Rule: Honor comes first. These two men did and I believe give their best to every single patient that crosses their path. Their true belief system is unmatched. My results are fabulous. I went from a wrecked, high profiled, botched Barbie doll to a natural looking woman. They even choose to go a little bigger in size to round out the fullness. To drop the breasts down and to give them the perfect shape. I couldn’t be happier with the entire staff! I hope I never have to have this redone for any reason, but if I do I know where to go....

Dr.Afrooz is an excellent surgeon! He's very friendly and Angel is very helpful, informative, and very efficient. What sets Dr.Afrooz apart from others I looked into before him was that he takes the time to find out exactly what you're looking for and what you want to get from the procedure. Others will just start by telling you what the end product will look like without even knowing what you want. Very happy with my experience here.

My experience with Dr. Afrooz was amazing. From the first time I walked in for my consultation and discussed my concerns to the actual surgery and post surgery, Dr. Afrooz understood what I wanted and went beyond my expectations. He is an artist who cares about his patients and is able to achieve the best results because he is obsessed with details and leaves nothing to chance. I knew Dr. Afrooz had a background that was exemplary but he goes way beyond many physicians by really caring for his patients. He is the best!

Dr. Afrooz did my face lift 4 months ago. When I met him, I thought he was a little bit young but I listened to what he was saying and I liked it. Then I did my research. I came to find that he trained at some of the best places possible under the best people. He was honest, and never pushed me or tried to sell me something. I get very turned off by that. I can’t explain the level of care that I received from him and his team. It was unlike anything nowadays. The phone calls to check on me, and the time taken during my office visits. Not to mention the way I look. He used my own fat to build up my cheeks and soften so many harsh lines on my face. I have a neck and jawline again and I love it. My husband was skeptical of me getting plastic surgery, but now he loves the result too. Highly recommend Dr. Afrooz.

I have wanted breast implants for a couple years now, I am 23 years old and pretty petite. I didn’t want to look “unnatural” or “weird” with implants so I was super nervous to actually undergo the procedure. I met Dr. Afrooz for my first consultation and was so impressed with his bedside manner. He is very personable, honest and friendly. My surgery ended up being very easy and I experienced almost no pain. Dr. Afrooz and his staff made all my nerves go away before surgery and were with me everyday after to make sure I was healthy and feeling the best. I had my surgery 4 weeks ago today and am SO happy with the results! The size is perfect and everything looks so natural on my petite body.
