Jan 30, 2026I went in for a mommy makeover; I was nervous just making the call! I was scheduled for a consultation and I was happy with not just the staff but the way I was treated. They had an appointment for the following week for the procedure. I took it! I just had my surgery last week. Went in at 6:30 am for preparation and surgery was at 7:30am... i was on my way home by 12pm (i chose to go home since we were not too far, but definitely recommend to stay at hotel for comfort) The first and second day I was sore!! The third day, I have to admit.... don't feel much but discomfort. I healed my bruises with in a couple of days ( I stuck to their vitamin/care instructions to the T) I am self reliant as of 6 days post op. I am healing great! Can't wait to post in couple of weeks to see how it's been. By the way the whole staff was amazing. I got everything done, but if I had to; definitely will go with them. My surgical doctor was Moses Salama

Jan 28, 2026I had surgery this past Friday, and I can honestly say my experience with CG Cosmetics surgery center was amazing from start to finish. Every single staff member was kind, professional, and truly made me feel comfortable and well cared for; from my Coordinator Norgis all the way to my anesthesiologist, sweetest pregnant lady ever.
A very special thank you to Dayanis and the entire post-op team — they were absolutely wonderful. Their care, patience, and attention to detail made such a difference during recovery. They were reassuring, gentle, and always willing to answer any questions, which helped put me completely at ease.
I’m so grateful for the level of care and compassion I received. Highly recommend this center to anyone considering cosmetic surgery — you’ll be in great hands!

Jan 7, 2026Camila and Dr. Freiman were amazing, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. Their care and expertise were the best part of my experience. Without them this review would be much lower.
Unfortunately, communication with the office staff went downhill after I paid in full. Before payment, everything was responsive and organized. After payment, that completely changed. I was left doing all the follow-ups, reaching out multiple times, and basically managing the process myself. What should have been seamless turned into a frustrating experience.
Camila and Dr. Freiman were excellent, but the office staff’s communication after payment needs serious improvement.

She managed the entire process end-to-end, ensured seamless coordination, and provided continuous support, which made everything smooth and stress-free.
Dr. Carvalho also delivered an excellent outcome. His expertise, precision, and professionalism were evident throughout, and the results exceeded my expectations.
I also want to highlight Evelyn, the massage therapist simply phenomenal. Her post-procedure care was a true value-add, especially in helping manage swelling and supporting my recovery process. Her work made a significant difference.
Overall, this was a high-quality, well-executed experience with a team that clearly prioritizes client outcomes, care, and operational excellence. I highly recommend their services.

Dec 9, 2025Just want to start by saying the massage therapist EVELYN Posada Esnobol was absolutely amazing wow. She really handled me with care and she was so so sweet. You can tell that she cares about her patients. I highly recommend you request your lymphatic massages with her.
My coordinator was Maria and she was great as well, she answered all my questions and she was very patient with me which I truly appreciate.
My doctor was Dr.Carvhalo he was also great and so far I am satisfied with my results. I am excited to see what the final result is but so far I love it!
Overall my surgery has been pleasant booking with CG. Thank you all.
