I paid for a surgical procedure with a specific provider and completed every requirement asked of me, including labs and medical documentation. My lab results were within normal range. Despite fulfilling all pre-operative requirements, I was not cleared for surgery.
When I requested clarification and documentation from the surgeon explaining the decision, I was repeatedly told it was “at the doctor’s discretion.” Later, I was informed that my PCP did not clear me, which conflicted with the documentation I had already provided.
When I requested a refund for services not rendered, my request was denied. Instead, I received multiple phone calls suggesting that I switch to another doctor. I declined. I had already experienced provider changes and did not feel comfortable proceeding under those circumstances.
I entered into a contract and paid for services to be performed by a specific provider. When those services were not rendered and a refund was refused, I considered this to be a breach of contract.
Due to the lack of transparency and refusal to return funds for services not provided, I filed formal complaints with the Florida Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau, and the Florida Department of Health. I am also pursuing recovery of my funds through additional legal channels.
This review reflects my personal experience. I encourage anyone considering this clinic to thoroughly review contracts, refund policies, and clearance procedures before making a financial commitment.

Dec 28, 2025I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Scott Moradian and the entire team at ICON Plastic Surgery. I actually traveled from Texas to see him, and I can confidently say it was 100% worth it. From the very first visit, I felt completely confident, comfortable, and cared for. Dr. Moradian bedside manner is truly second to none he is incredibly kind, attentive, and exceptionally gifted at what he does. I had a mommy makeover and could not be happier with my results and overall experience.
The anesthesiologist was outstanding and made me feel calm, safe, and at ease throughout the entire process. The office staff is beyond patient-oriented and truly goes above and beyond. Dalila, Taisha, and Liliet, NP were always on top of everything, responsive, and incredibly supportive. Post-op care was phenomenal Betty’s lymphatic massages were a game changer for my recovery, and Jenny provided wonderful, compassionate care as well.
From start to finish, this was a five-star experience in every way. I felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for at every step. I would highly recommend Dr. Moradian and the ICON team to anyone considering plastic surgery even if you have to travel, it is absolutely worth it!

I traveled all the way from Milwaukee to Miami for my surgery with Dr. Yoon, and let me just say… it was worth every mile. From start to finish, he was patient, honest, and incredibly effective. He didn’t sugarcoat anything he told me exactly what to expect so I didn’t walk in with unrealistic expectations, and I appreciated that more than anything.
What really stood out to me was how caring he was. He even called me the same day after surgery to check on me personally. You don’t get that type of compassion from every surgeon. He’s amazing at what he does, and he carries himself with so much humility no arrogance, just pure skill and genuine care.
His whole team was amazing too. After surgery, they made sure I was comfortable, answered every question, and continued to check on me even a week after my procedure. They truly go above and beyond.
