Dr. Gail Humble is a pioneer in both regenerative science and aesthetic medicine, bringing more than two decades of innovation and leadership to her work. Originally from Northern California, she studied genetics at UC Davis before earning her medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Following her residency at USC, she became board-certified in Anesthesia and went on to specialize exclusively in non-surgical cosmetic medicine. She is also boarded by the American Board of Laser Medicine and Surgery and is a fellow of the Aesthetic Anti-Aging Congress.

For the past 25 years, Dr. Humble has focused on the groundbreaking study of the Klotho gene, a key regulator of aging. She patented the process of genetically modifying human adult mesenchymal stem cells to upregulate Klotho expression, enabling the reliable production of large quantities of Klotho protein. Her work has led to three cellular studies, three IRB-approved clinical trials, and publications in Dermatologic Drugs, Skin and Aging, and the European Journal of Medicine. She now serves as CEO of Klotho Skin, the first skincare line designed to work at the genetic level using Klotho protein, and co-founder of Klotho Longevity, which is currently a top 100 contestant in the XPRIZE competition for developing an oral form of Klotho.

In parallel with her research, Dr. Humble has built one of the earliest and most respected non-surgical cosmetic practices in the U.S. She has published over 25 research articles on Sculptra and facial aging, served as principal investigator for multiple clinical studies, and trained or consulted for leading companies including Allergan, Steifel, Galderma, Dermik, Sanofi-Aventis, Valeant, Lumenis, and KMI. She has also served as an associate professor at USC and is now affiliate staff at UCSF.

A frequent and requested lecturer, Dr. Humble speaks internationally at forums such as A4M, Biohackers, the Cell Surgical Society, the World Congress of Anti-Aging Medicine, and the Skin Disease and Education Foundation. Her work has been featured in outlets such as NBC’s Extra, and many of her articles appear in medical journals including Dermatologic Surgery and the Journal of Facial and Plastic Surgery.

Currently, Dr. Humble practices aesthetic medicine in both Northern and Southern California while leading her biotech ventures. She believes that beauty is a reflection of inner vitality: when people feel youthful and vibrant, their outer image should reflect that truth. Through her combined work in genetics, regenerative medicine, and aesthetics, Dr. Humble continues to advance both the science of aging and the art of beauty.
