I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional care and experience we had at Island Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Center in Mineola. Dr. Pamela Gallagher, along with her fantastic team, truly made a difference in my 20 year old daughter's experience with her surgery. From the moment we stepped into the office, we were greeted by the friendly and compassionate staff, especially Kailey, the wonderful Medical Assistant, and Alexa, the Surgical Coordinator, who were incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire process. The entire team made us feel comfortable and well taken care of, and their kindness helped us feel at ease. Dr. Gallagher is not only extremely knowledgeable in her field, but she also has an amazing bedside manner—so patient, attentive, and understanding. She was always available to answer our questions, and it meant the world to us that she reassured us we could call anytime. The level of care and attention she provided was beyond anything we expected. One of the most comforting moments was when Dr. Gallagher came to the pre-op room at Good Samaritan Hospital and walked alongside my daughter as she was taken to the operating room. As a parent, it was incredibly important for me to feel confident in my daughter’s doctor, and Dr. Gallagher’s personal touch made all the difference. The entire team at Good Samaritan Hospital was also wonderful, ensuring that my daughter’s care was seamless and compassionate from start to finish. It has truly been nothing but a positive experience, and I can’t recommend Island Plastic Surgery and Dr. Gallagher enough. Dr Pam Gallagher is not a typical Dr. she really cares & is conscientious. She explains every so ure comfortable with what u decide. The improvement in my skiing was just what she said it would be..there was no exaggeration.

I met Dr Pamela Gallagher in 2017 , when I had suffered many years with a horrible reaction to breast implants and needed help , I was in pain and complete despair , she met with me , showed compassion , concern ,care & resolve immediately . She guided me through a painful journey with ease , removing my implants and following up a couple years later with total reconstruction , she throughly explained what was possible and might not be possible , in the end I couldn’t have imagined any better result she gave me back beautiful breasts and my life, I totally consider her my life saver ! I can say most certainly without a doubt in my brain that no one else could’ve done better ! Since then, I’ve used her for a minimal tummy tuck along with some liposuction sculpting that area with beautiful results . The scars are so minimal to naked eye , I hardly can tell , anyone I show can’t believe how beautiful of a job she has done . I’ve worked out my entire life and consider myself fit. It’s been very important to me to have minimal scaring . Looking forward to her doing my next procedure of deviated septum, rhinoplasty and lip lift . She has hands of gold and I trust her with my life . She’s an amazing human being and the best doctor I’ve ever met . So glad I met her and I love all the girls in her office as well !
