With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Lyons is a Quadruple Board Certified Facial Plastic, Cosmetic Surgeon & Otorhinolaryngologist (ENT). He is also board certified in hyperbaric medicine. A native of New Orleans, he graduated from Jesuit High School with honors. He attended Louisiana State University (LSU) in Baton Rouge, where he received a combined undergraduate curriculum degree in just 3 years.

Dr. Lyons graduated from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans, where he also completed his ENT residency. Since moving to Mobile, Dr. Lyons has been well-recognized for his exceptional surgical skills. He was voted "Best Facelift Doctor" in 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016 & 2015 in the Lagniappe "Nappies Awards." Furthermore, Dr. Lyons has been recognized as "Best Cosmetic Surgeon" by the Readers Choice Awards, has authored a book (Minimally Invasive Cosmetic Surgery), numerous publications (listed below), and has conducted many seminars in the Mobile and Gulf Coast Regions.

You won't find a better Dr!!!! Dr Lyons takes his time and doesn't try to upsale anything. He is honest and just amazing!

I’ve been going to Dr. Lyons for a very long time and have had a variety of procedures done. Every experience has been the best I could have hoped for. I highly recommend him to everyone. He goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with what he’s doing. He’s truly knowledgeable on any subject I ask him about and I appreciate that. His entire staff is also as professional, helpful and kind as he is. Please never retire Dr. Lyons!

I've been looking around for the perfect doctor for about a year now. I made and appointment with Dr. Lyons and I've love them from my very first time meeting everyone. The whole entire staff is wonderful. I love how Dr.Lyons takes the time to talk to you. His results are also the best. I will definitely recommend his office to anyone!!!

I originally went to Dr Lyons for Hormone balancing he did a wonderful job as my husband can attest to. He’s more pleased than I am. After seeing all the liposuction patients results in his office, I decided to get that done as well. He is awesome. He was able to reshape me in a way that no amount of workouts had been able. Also his staff were wonderful and helpful in recovery as well as any questions I had before surgery I highly recommend Dr. Michael Lyons and his staff for both hormone therapy and liposuction and his facelift results look remarkable as well !

My experience with Dr. Lyons’ office has been exceptional in every way. First and foremost, Dr. Lyons has an amazing bedside manner and is probably the most respectful, patient and personable physician I’ve ever been treated by. He fully explained the different options and answered all of my (many!) questions until I was comfortable His staff was nothing but kind, professional and helpful and made me feel immediately welcome there. The procedure itself went perfectly and my recuperation was easier than expected. I would have absolutely no hesitation in sending any of family members or friends to Dr. Lyons. You will not find a more experienced or caring doctor.
