If I could give 10 stars I would. Dr. Presti was exceptional. He has outstanding patient relation skills. He communicated with me in a very kind and compassionate manner. I felt listened to and he allayed my concerns as well as understood that I needed reassurance. Also, the office staff was quite kind. When I had an issue with the app they were more than willing to help and due to roads being closed, likely because of the storms we had the night before, there were issues with getting to the office. While I was on time for my scheduled appointment time I know that they were aware of the street closures and diverted traffic issues and were understanding that people were running late. WOW.

My initial experience was wonderful, but when insurance got involved with different medication’s due to my complicated background being a leukemia, Survivor. They did not back me up and stand behind me as a patient and do the right thing. They passed the buck to go to someone else which I already explained I have Been to a neurologist already for this medication. They asked me to do a sleep study which I did. I did all their suggestions, but at the end, they did not do the right thing for the patient and I would not recommend them moving forward even though I have on In the past. This is the problem with doctors nowadays they don’t stand by their patients, they do what insurance want which is to save money. If you want to be treated like a Number go here, but if you wanna feel like a patient with a name go somewhere else!

Dr. Drake has been my ENT specialist for almost 30 years and during this long span of time he has never failed me. From complex surgeries to " routine" check-ups" he has been an incredible doctor in all facets of communication, care, and medical treatment. Dr. Drake has always been consistent in providing the highest level of care. His office staff is also very attentive and caring which is key to effective patient management. Five plus stars to Dr. Drake!

Currently two months post op from deviated septum and rhinoplasty surgery with both Dr. Drake and Dr. Presti and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! Both doctors really took the time to listen to me and my concerns, and walked me through surgery so I was prepared for everything and ultimately felt comfortable. Surgery/ recovery was honestly a breeze and I would do it again if I had to. Both doctors really stress keeping a natural nose and something that complements your features. Truly couldn’t recommend Dr. Drake and Dr. Presti enough for everything!

Dr. Drake is excellent. He takes time to thoroughly evaluates your health situation and explains his entire diagnosis process/findings to you. He puts your mind at ease and constantly reassure that he will find a solution to the issue and get you better. Very kind, skilled, and compassionate doctor I would absolutely recommended.
