We chose Phase Plastic Surgery based largely on the online reputation of Dr. Baxter, believing he was a skilled and trustworthy surgeon. Unfortunately, our experience has been devastating. My wife initially went to Phase for a breast augmentation revision involving implant replacement and an internal pocket repair. Since that first surgery, she has undergone five separate procedures, each requiring additional payment, time off work, recovery, and emotional strain. Today, she is left with significant scarring, asymmetry, a double bubble deformity, and an implant that is no longer properly positioned. The physical outcome has been extremely distressing, but the emotional and mental toll has been even greater. After the most recent complications, Dr. Baxter advised us to seek a second opinion. We did so. That surgeon stated that they would not have performed the repeated corrective surgeries and explained that the only reasonable path forward would be to remove the implants entirely and allow the body to heal for approximately one year before considering reconstruction. We shared this professional opinion with Phase Plastic Surgery. Since then, Dr. Baxter has not returned our calls, and we have received no meaningful follow-up or support. To make matters worse, the same pattern has occurred with another patient we personally know—a close friend of my wife who works in Mountlake Terrace—who was treated by Dr. Baxter and is now experiencing unresolved complications and difficulty getting help. We trusted Phase Plastic Surgery with something deeply personal. Instead, my wife is permanently scarred, emotionally traumatized, and facing the prospect of undoing everything just to heal. This has been the most painful and expensive mistake of our lives. I strongly urge anyone considering this practice to seek multiple consultations and proceed with extreme caution.

Nikki is absolutely amazing. I came to her with my desired goals and she provided advice on what would be the best treatment to achieve this look. She educated me on the reasons for each treatment, as well. I got chin filler to slim my jaw and botox for my forehead lines and I couldn’t be happier. I was insecurity about my skin breakouts and she made me feel comfortable and even discussed some skincare that the office provides. I would 1000% recommend. I feel very pretty :)

Let me start by saying that the level of customer care and satisfaction provided by Dr. Baxter and his office is truly top notch. I was originally referred to him back in 2010 for my first breast augmentation by people I knew in the fitness industry. At the time, he was known for a very innovative technique that prevented distortion when flexing the pecs — something that was extremely important from an aesthetic standpoint for competitors in bodybuilding. After my first surgery, I unfortunately developed capsular contracture, but the office went above and beyond to correct it and ensure I was completely happy with my results — which I was! I continued to refer others to Dr. Baxter because of how exceptional my experience was. Fast forward to 2024 and two babies later, my breasts needed a little “pick-me-up.” After meeting with Dr. Baxter and his amazing team, we decided on an implant exchange and a donut lift. My body proved a bit stubborn and required a few adjustments — through no fault of anyone — but once again, Dr. Baxter and his staff prioritized my happiness and went above and beyond to make sure I loved my final results. I truly can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Baxter and his wonderful staff. If you are considering any cosmetic procedures — especially breast surgery — I highly, *highly* recommend Phase Plastic Surgery!

I had my very first botox treatment with Nikki and I seriously couldn’t be happier! She’s the sweetest and made me feel so comfortable throughout my appointment.
