This entire place is AMAZING. Every single person I've dealt with in this office is the most friendliest ever. Whether they are having a bad day or what...you'd never know. They are super friendly and professional at all times. From the day I called to schedule a consult to my surgery day and post-op appointments, I've always received the same level of care and helpfulness. Now for the best part, Dr. Griffin...his skills are out of this world. I'm still amazed by the precision of my surgery incision. He is calming and comforting. I never feel rushed. He thoroughly explains his plans. He's laid back and welcoming and knows his stuff! Highly recommended!

Do NOT get your breast augmentation with Dr. Griffin. I did and he botched it. I have to get corrective surgery. I went back to him to show how bad it was botched. He was going to charge me as much as an augmentation to fix. I have been to 3 other dr's who have confirmed this was a total botch. DO NOT GO TO HIM! Save yourself 2 surgeries, lots of money and get it done by someone that is competent.

I usually go to another spa for my facials, but I had heard great things about Nashville Cosmetic Surgery that I decided to make an appointment with Winter Fox., She had reached out to me since I had been a client with their previous Aesthetician. She is one of the best I have gone to! She was very professional and patient with getting to know my skin and my routines. At her suggestion, I bought my current products to make sure she did not recommend something different, or would advise if I needed to use other products. The facial I received was totally awesome! She recommend some other products and agreed to let me use a few others I had recently purchased from the other Spa. She was very professional, BUT, the best thing about Winter was that she put me at ease. She asked me questions about my current skin care and routine and the gave me the best facial I have ever received. Winter emailed me later that night to give me specific details on products and when to use them. This was so helpful because it was a great reminder of what my routine should be morning and night! It was truly a wonderful experience with a beautiful young lady that listened and made wonderful recommendations. She's my go too now!

Dr. Griffin and his staff are absolute angels. I am 9 weeks post op from a mommy makeover and it has already changed my life in so many way. My self confidence is greatly improved.
