I had my breast reduction surgery with Dr. Law on January 8, 2025 and could not be more pleased. I met more criteria than typically required by insurance to get the procedure covered; however once I found Dr. Law I had no desire to search further for a surgeon and I abandoned any potential opportunity for insurance coverage of the procedure. I am a retired physician who owned my own practice. I was highly driven to provide multidimensional excellence in caring for my patients and I recognize the commitment it takes to accomplish that. My entire experience from consultation to pre-op preparation to surgery to post-op recovery was of the utmost quality. Being a bit obsessive-compulsive, I loved the surgical binder provided with all the information that was verbally reviewed, and which I could review as many times as I wanted before and after surgery. I was invited repeatedly to call and/or email with any questions or concerns before and/or after surgery, always with prompt response from a nurse. I also appreciated the very professional and caring email communications from Dr. Law after my consultation and post-op appointments. On their post-op assessment form provided to patients to fill out in evaluating their experience, you are invited to report them to The Joint Commission if at any time you have concerns about the safety or quality of care provided to you. I have never seen that on an evaluation form before. Joint Commission is a big deal! That communicates a superior level of confidence and certainty about the excellence of care provided. Dr Law is meticulous in his technique and masterful in his artistry. The attention to cleanliness and infection control was top notch. I love my aesthetic result! It is the icing-on-the-cake of the relief I sought and obtained from the procedure. I just wish I had done it years ago. Dr. Law and his staff provide a concierge experience from start to finish. For any potential future procedures, I already have my plastic surgeon. I love my new breasts! I can hardly believe that they are mine!

I could not be happier with my experience and my results from Dr. Michael Law. His staff and team of medical professionals are the cream of the crop. A weight was lifted (no pun intended) when I learned no amount of exercise and diet was going to significantly address my issues post 2 c-sections, 18 years ago. I had been taking Pilates classes 5 days a week for three years. My body simply couldn’t reflect the strength I was building inside. Now after abdominoplasty I can see the muscles I’ve worked so hard to build. The post operative care has been sensational. I felt so good about the results that I went back for the full Mommy Makeover. Now as we are about to be empty nesters I feel amazing inside and out ready to start this next chapter with my spouse. He loves my results as well. Wish I had done this sooner!

I'm approaching one year post-op, and could not be more pleased with my results. Dr. Law gave me a very natural looking youthful result that's so strikingly gorgeous it's almost breath-taking. I no longer hate my reflection in the mirror - I love it! Dr. Law is kind, thoughtful, soft-spoken, meticulous, and demonstrates that he truly cares about his patient. The entire process from consultation to post-op was a breeze, and his staff and nurses are as kind and thoughtful as Dr. Law is. I'm a local resident and a longtime BWS customer, and it had never even crossed my mind to go to anywhere else but Dr. Law for my needs. I highly recommend!

Dr Law is a surgeon who combines remarkable technical expertise with heartfelt compassion for his patients. Dr. Law and staff took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure (mastopexy) addressing all my questions with patience and clarity. The surgery was flawlessly executed, and my recovery has been smooth. I just had my 6 months follow up and my breast look AMAZING!! I felt fully confident and comfortable under his care and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of surgical treatment. I would strongly recommend Dr. Law and team!

I would give 10 stars if I could. Dr. Law is the absolute BEST surgeon I have ever had the pleasure of knowing (and I know a lot of them). I live in an area of the country that is saturated with "well known" Plastic Surgeons, but I traveled to Raleigh for my surgery because there is no one like him! This was my second surgery with him, and both have had AMAZING results. He is an incredibly kind, genuine person and absolutely meticulous when it comes to surgery. His entire staff is also wonderful. They are patient, kind and respectful beyond measure. I would (and do) recommend Dr. Law to absolutely everyone. You will never find a better experience or outcome.
