Dr. Ahuja’s extensive knowledge and contributions extend beyond clinical practice, as he is a prolific author of numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals and has made significant contributions as an author of several books. His practice encompasses a comprehensive range of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, as well as pediatric reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Ahuja’s patient care approach reflects a harmonious blend of compassion, education, cutting-edge techniques, and aesthetic discernment. He emphasizes the importance of listening closely to his patient’s concerns and desires, followed by providing comprehensive education on available procedures and technologies. Together with his patients, Dr. Ahuja collaboratively develops optimal treatment plans.

He earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, where he laid the foundation for his illustrious career. Dr. Ahuja then secured a highly competitive five-year plastic surgery residency at The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now known as Rutgers University), culminating in his appointment as Chief Resident during his final year.

To further refine his skills, Dr. Ahuja pursued specialized training through a fellowship in Microsurgery and Advanced Reconstruction at The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. His unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care led him to conclude his medical training with a fellowship in Craniofacial and Pediatric Plastic Surgery at the University of California-San Diego/Rady Children’s Hospital. Being a proud native of New Jersey, Dr. Ahuja’s deep connection to his community stems from his upbringing in Hamilton Township. He graduated with honors from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., holding a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
