I am so happy with my results from my lower bleph with Dr. Kotlus!! I am 26 years old and have always hated my genetic under eye bags. It wasn’t so dramatic that I couldn’t cover them with makeup but I felt like I always had to wear a ton of concealer/ couldn’t leave the house without makeup they’ve been an insecurity of mine for a long time. Dr. Kotlus was so knowledgeable and I truly don’t think he would’ve recommended a treatment that wasn’t a good option for me. I was super nervous going into it but I am beyond happy with my results. I am 6 months out and I am obsessed with my results it made the biggest difference and I just love how subtle of a change it was yet so drastic to me. The recovery was pain free but I was bruised for 2-3 weeks so plan for down time for that. Overall I am so so happy with my results and couldnt recommend dr. Kotlus more I am so happy that I didn’t listen to people who told me to just “wait until you’re older” because this has been the best decision I’ve ever made!

I had my eye surgery now about 10 yrs ago and this dr knows what he's doing. My eyes still looks amazing. I recommend this Dr. and he great with Afro...

I did a ton of research and traveled a few states away to see Dr. Kotlus. #1 he is board certified and operates in a safe ambulatory surgery center. He is an extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and meticulous surgeon. I had a lower blepharoplasty with laser and fat grafting plus a minor canthopexy (because my lower outer eyelids were droopy). Everything went exactly according to plan and it took at least 8-10 years off my face. I was worried about the fat transfer because the reabsorption varies widely per patient ... so if he overfilled my tear troughs it would be a disaster. We aligned on the less is more plan... and I am thrilled. My family cannot tell anything was done. Everyone keeps says how rested I look... which is exactly what I was going for. I can't recommend Dr. Kotlus enough. His staff is HIGHLY organized and VERY pleasant/warm/professional. They make everything easy and smooth.

Dr Kotlus is really great, highly skilled. I’d highly recommend coming to him. Not only is he really skilled, I asked about a few procedures I as considering during a follow up appointment, and he told me I didn’t need any of them. Very honest and trustworthy! I’m going to come to him for all my cosmetic needs from now on

Over the years, i have had a significant amount of filler accumulate under and around my eyes and he was able to dissolve it in one session quickly and without any pain. Dr Kotlus is amazing at what he does! He works efficiently and helps you remain at ease. My procedure went so smoothly and my recovery was pretty quick. There really is artistry involved here and Dr Kotlus is a master at his craft. And his staff are so kind!
