Initially, I thought I might exchange my implants for smaller ones. Instead, after discussing the options, I decided to remove them entirely. The team suggested deflating my saline implants first which is a quick in-office procedure where they removed the saline solution so I could see my natural breasts again before committing. This step was simple, comfortable, and so helpful in my decision-making. Between the deflation and the actual explant surgery, communication was seamless. I could reach out anytime with questions, and I always felt heard and supported. The following week, I had the final procedure to remove the implant shells. This was done under local anesthesia in Dr. Antell’s office operating room. The surgery itself lasted about an hour, and before I knew it, I was home and recovering. Everything went exactly as explained - smooth, professional, and stress-free. Dr. Antell himself is patient, kind, and extremely experienced. I had endless questions, and he answered each one with patience and care. I even did my due diligence and saw another surgeon for comparison, but that visit only confirmed that Dr. Antell was the right choice. His expertise and his team’s attentiveness set them apart. They truly listened, validated my concerns, and gave me space to speak without interruption. Their gentle, attentive, and respectful manner stood out from my past experiences. The revision procedure itself was amazing, quick and far easier than I expected. It was done under local anesthesia and took about 30 minutes. I felt very little pain afterwards, which was such a relief! The entire staff is kind, confident, and easygoing. I genuinely felt I was paying for real experience and expertise. While I don’t plan on doing another surgery anytime soon, if I ever did, I would absolutely return here without hesitation. In fact, I even caught myself wondering what else they could help me with!
