I have been a patient of Dr. Singer for 3 to 4 years now and have had three procedures with him: two rounds of liposuction and body contouring, and most recently, a tummy tuck and breast implant replacement following my weight loss surgery. While I’m thrilled with all the work he’s done for me, I want to focus on my most recent surgeries. Dr. Singer replaced my breast implants exactly as I requested. He used my existing scar, making it smaller and incredibly neat. As for my tummy tuck, the scar is so thin, even, and well-placed that I hardly notice it’s there. His work exceeded all my expectations! As a transgender woman, it’s incredibly important to me to feel respected and safe when seeking medical care, and Dr. Singer and his team went above and beyond to create that experience. They were consistently kind, professional, and used the proper language throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, not all providers know how to work with trans patients or treat us with dignity, but Dr. Singer and his staff were amazing every step of the way. Dr. Singer is not only an exceptional surgeon but also incredibly kind, attentive, and professional (and easy on the eyes, if I must say!). He’s diligent, responsive, and even reaches out to check on you during weekends. His team is equally amazing. A special shoutout to the gentleman who helped me after surgery—although I can’t recall his name, I remember how kind and attentive he was. He had me laughing, feeling very comfortable after surgery and just was amazing. Britney, the receptionist, is another gem. She helped me with transportation, submitted my medical work letters on time, and always responded promptly to any request—sometimes within an hour! Dr. Singer and his team go above and beyond for their patients. I recommend them 150% to anyone considering cosmetic surgery, especially other trans people who might be hesitant or nervous about finding a safe and affirming provider. I’m almost sad that I have no more surgeries planned because I won’t get to see them again, but I will continue recommending them to everyone I know. They’re truly the best!

Dr . Elan Singer and his crew are so amazing. He listened to my desired results and also gave me his best and what was best for me in getting my breast augmentation! Had body contouring with Dr. Singer three months ago. From the start everyone was welcoming, respectful, and knowledgeable. Just remember to follow up with the office if you need anything. He gave me the body I never had. It was done in such a way that I look as if I have natural curves which is EXACTLY what I wanted! He didn't give me that boxy look you sometimes see on YouTube videos. He's a wizard of contouring to deliver a feminine shape. If I do a round two, I know he will just be delivering the cherry on top of some already great work!

Dr. Singer and his team work wonders! I am day 9 post-op for my body contouring procedure, and couldn’t be happier. It was extremely easy to coordinate with Tricia and Britany, who thoroughly prepared me for the procedure. On the day of the procedure, I felt very taken care of by the warmth of the anesthesiologist & supporting surgical team, as well as Dr. Singer - he even called later that night to check in on me, and provide suggestions on how to manage any discomfort. At my lymphatic drainage massage sessions, the technicians always comment how little bruising I have, and how pliable my skin is - signs of rapid healing. I attribute this to Dr. Singer’s thorough pre & post operative care manuals, as well as his surgical skills. Beyond all this, I am LOVING my new shape. I hoped this procedure would give me a natural looking “hourglass” silhouette, and Dr. Singer exceeded my expectations here. I am so much more at peace in my body when I see myself in the mirror, and other little moments like when I sit & can see how much wider my hips are. My behind is still swollen, but so is my heart (with gratitude) for the new shape that feels somehow so familiar, like the one I wish I grew up with.

I had the luxury of having my first BBL surgery on March 11 with Dr Singer and my experience was exceptional! Great staff all around. Trish was so friendly and always gets back to you asap. For the day of the surgery the whole clinical staff starting with the anesthesiologist was so professional and made me feel comfortable I fell asleep like a baby and woke up accordingly, Dr Singer was realistic with my expectations and the results are fantastic I'm recovering right now and he's so attentive and you just gotta love him!
