If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This place is full of scammers. I went in for a consultation for a Keloid and was shown photos of a horrible Keloid that apparently grew in a matter of months in the same area mine did. The consultant who is no longer there (conveniently after this whole debacle) quoted me 8500 (the keloid is the size of a dime at best). I admit, I was feeling quite desperate because I also had some on my back and have dealt with keloids for most of my adult life. (they played on this) and so I agreed to look into loan options because I was told insurance usually covers with no issue, that they had worked with mine before (I absolutely should have called my insurance to verify, but the consultant was, at the time, fast, friendly, and familiar)...She set me up with Cherry Technologies, told me I'd not have to pay interest for the remaining 4500 of the loan, and I was set up and approved all in one day....Since the surgery was cancelled, and my insurance denied the 4000, I assumed that I would be refunded the amount. I was set up for a Zoom consult with the doctor, which took hours to coordinate even after being confirmed, and the doctor himself said it was excessive to do the surgery; we should try injections and the Vbeam first. Since I was doing the injections, which were about 400 per session, my thought was I would use the loan to pay for that and then dispute the remainder, given I wasn't receiving the surgery. Each time I went, they would quote me a price, and I'd say, I have the loan from Cherry that they received to cover the price. The receptionist would say, Oh my apologies, you're good to go, and then I would go about my day. I continued to make my payments accordingly for the loan and completed all treatments but one (I needed to reschedule the last one). They said they would call me back to reschedule, but I never heard back. Once I got to the amount that was required for the loan amount to cover the injections, I disputed with the loan company, and they said it was on the surgeon's side to initiate the refund, which they refused to do. I called for MONTHS trying to speak with someone in billing to get an understanding of why I couldn't dispute the remainder amount, given I was no longer receiving the surgery. Each time, I was told they would leave a message for billing to call me, and they never called. I was calling multiple times a week and receiving the same foolish response. The consultant who was quick to sign me up was not responding to my text messages either. I finally just went into the NYC office unannounced one day and explained my situation because I was paying monthly for this $4500 loan, and my Vbeam services would be about 1200 at best. They claimed that, though the surgery was cancelled, I had already signed a contract for the services, and basically I would have to just sign up for additional services to use the remaining amount.....(WILD). It was at this time that I was told the consultant was no longer with the company, nor did it seem the receptionist who was processing my checkout when I came in. After looking at my account, I was told I had a balance of around $600 and that they don't even have a contract with Cherry Technologies....I asked for a printout, and I was told there was nothing to print out. The screen she showed me was a 4500 credit, and then it was subtracted from my account. The only thing showing was a balance. I have called even now to get a copy of this statement, and to no avail. I went to the location in Jersey (IMed), and it was closed. I even called one day and asked, and the representative thought I was her manager (I have a recording of this convo), and when I finally explained I was a patient trying to get information on my balance, she told me they were too busy and I would need to call back.

I brought my daughter to Oxon Hill office. They quoted a price of 14, 000, they promised to do prior authorization for my daughter's keloids. My daughters mental health at stake. That Ronnie, lied, said 95 percent effective, did not due prior authorization, delayed surgery months to the point of them growing beyond care. Hack job. Nurse was not in office to remove stitches on time removal of stitches delayed. Keloids returned. Had to get family to help pay bill, they saw our desperation my baby is devistated. They took advantage. Preach false hope. Stay away from the please.

The doctors are horrible once you get your procedure done and have their money, they don't care after you can be dying. I went through hard with this facility. Please do your research. They're rating is 3.0 which is no GOOD. I had a neck lift with Dr Jones and he botched my neck and also during surgery my left eye was cut and never was taken care of. All he said was I'm sorry SERIOUSLY!! Every staff there are not on the same page. Please do your research!! Don't waste your hard working money here....

Not a good experience. Was overcharged on my first visit and then when I asked to be credited towards another appointment they increased the pricing significantly and said that I owed money after I spoke to multiple people to confirm original pricing. Appointments always took forever and wouldn't see me until at least an hour after my appointment time. There PRP machine does not work and is incredibly painful when you're not supposed to feel it. Would absolutely not recommend
