I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Blechman and the entire team. The office staff dealt with my insurance and made the whole process seamless. They were very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful when I had questions. The clinical staff were equally great - Dr. B, Maggie, and Megan all had great bedside manner and were kind and knowledgable. I felt prepared for surgery and had virtually no pain after. I can't express enough how wonderful everyone in this office is. I got top surgery from Dr. Blechman at the end of 2023 and recently got a revision. Everyone on the team is incredibly kind and understanding, they never make you feel stupid or uncared for. They earnestly answered any questions I had, helped me when I had some trouble with insurance, and gave me any other assistance I needed. The care coordinators, the physician assistants, and Dr. Blechman himself all put the effort to make sure their patients are comfortable and happy. The results I got were exactly what I wanted and I had no major complications after surgery. I'm grateful for Dr. Blechman for giving me the ability to live a happier life and for everyone on his team that helped make this whole process feel like a breeze. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for top surgery.

Whether you’re considering a breast reduction or a full on mastectomy, I recommend Dr. Blechman a 1000x over. I had my top surgery 6 months ago and it changed my life. For the first time in 24 years, I’m proud looking in the mirror. He and his team gave me my confidence back. I can’t begin to thank them enough. The communication from the office was amazing, they set me up for everything I had to expect and more. I had the most incredible experience with Dr. Blechman's office. The staff is so warm and welcoming and knowledgable from my initial phone call with the coordinator to both of the physician assistants and of course the surgeon! I called a number of plastic surgery practices looking for the best plastic surgeon in Manhattan that accepted my insurance and Dr Blechman's did! I have Cigna insurance through my work and it was so easy to pay my consult fee directly with a pay link sent to me by text and boom I had a consult set up right away!!!! I was so surprised at how simple it was to get the ball rolling with this office staff! They effortlessly explained everything to me in detail. Even after my surgery bills were sent to Cigna and Cigna for some reason needed more information, Dr. Blechman's billing team was all over it for me and I didn't even have to ask!!! I was blown away by the service I received by everyone. Seriously thank you so much Dr. Blechman!! I am thrilled with my breast reduction and already my quality of life has improved! I’m writing this one week out post-op! I just got top surgery with Dr. Vyas and the entire experience from start to finish has been incredible. He is intelligent, kind, funny, and so talented at what he does. Everyone at BSG is incredibly sweet and I am thankful to Jae, Megan, Haeun, and Maggie for making my experience so smooth. This group is the most responsive medical team I have ever worked with. This recovery has been way easier than I anticipated as my pain has never crossed a 3/10 in the process (and breast pain during periods for me would hit up to a 7/10), it seriously just feels like I just worked out hard yesterday, but everything else has been so chill! No drains and narcotics too - incredible! I researched a lot of places and spoke to multiple trans friends. After having a personable, genuine, and empathetic consult with Dr. Vyas I knew this is where I needed to go. Thank you BSG for making dreams come true and valuing your patience’s stories 💗🫶
