He is the Director of Aesthetic Surgery & Craniofacial Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center, and is highly dedicated to surgical education/training as an Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery, Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Dr. Tepper completed his plastic surgery training at the world renowned Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery, NYU Langone Medical Center. He graduated among the top of his class at the New York University School of Medicine, and was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha society, along with being the sole recipient of an award for excellence based on scholarship and character.

Dr. Tepper is a genius - he separated conjoined twins! He is also enormously talented in plastic surgery. I saw him for a "mommy makeover" after having two kids and he restored my confidence and so much more. I would (and do!) recommend him to friends in a heartbeat. I also loved his staff - they are meticulously organized and really think of every tiny thing to make recovery, paperwork, communication, etc. more seamless. The take home "recovery bag" was such a nice touch. Thank you for everything!

I had two procedures done in late February, and from the initial consultation to the final stages of aftercare, the entire process was absolutely flawless. Dr. Tepper and his team made me feel completely at ease every step of the way. They were attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable during recovery — even down to the little creature comforts that make a big difference. Dr. Tepper is the consummate professional. He’s clearly not only an expert in his field but also someone who genuinely cares about his patients. He’s built a team around him that reflects those same values, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Dr. Tepper and his entire team are fantastic. The support I received from the first time I reached out was unmatched. Erica, Genevieve, and Dr. Tepper were attentive and understood the sense of urgency for my situation (I am getting married in August). From there, Sarah, Briana, Dr. Tepper and everyone else on the medical team were there to hold my hand throughout the journey (and let’s be real, Erica and Genevieve still got the pleasure of dealing with my pre surgery anxieties). I no longer live in NY so I flew back because my trust in their process and work was established on day 1. I am healing better than I could have ever imagined and I truly believe it is a testament to the way the work was done. I am beyond appreciative that I was referred to Dr. Tepper and will be recommending him and the entire team to anyone I know that needs work. It is absolutely worth a cross country flight if you aren’t in the NY area.

Dr.Tepper has been instrumental in my journey thru the “ graceful aging” process. I saw him for my breast augmentation 15 years ago and have been a faithful client since. Everything Dr. Tepper does is natural, the recovery is always seamless and he’s always available for all questions.
