I recently had a fantastic experience at Park Avenue Plastic Surgery. The office is impeccably clean, and the staff is comforting. Dr. Lorenc, with over 20 years of experience, performed my augmentation flawlessly, and my mother's facelift exceeded our expectations. From the inviting atmosphere to the professional and caring staff, every aspect of his office was exceptional. I went to Dr. Lorenc for my sun spots on my chest and immediately felt comfortable and confident that he could help me! They performed a BBL laser and my sun spots vanished immediately! I came to Dr. Lorenc for a rhinoplasty seeking for a “nose hump” removal. As soon as I left the office after my consultation, I felt safe and confident that I was in the best hands possible. A year later, I am OBSESSED with my results - and I keep visiting the office for my micro-needling sessions! The staff is so welcoming and Dr. Lorenc is truly brilliant!

Worst experience ever! If you want a doctor who cares about a his patients and not just a money don’t go here! I went here twice for same filler procedure and the first time it was 950 second time they tried to charge me 2200 after procedure at check out. I had an issue with it and then after that they treated me horrible. I had extreme swelling and just emailed doctor to make sure was normal and he responded horrible. The procedure not many doctors inject in that area because it is dangerous (prob should tell you something about this doctor right there) so my choices were slim on who I can go to so I called again to make an appointment. They gave me an appointment but then told me to hold once I gave my name, they came back and said he is no longer available that day so i said well when is he and they said no until Dec 27 (right before new years and over a month away) this doctor is not busy like that so I knew it was a lie. I wait a week and called back to try to move my appointment up they said no sorry no cancellations. I knew they were lying so I had my friend call right after me and of course she was able to get multiple appointment options for the following week. I called back and addresses that my friend was able to get an appointment in just a few days they tried to lie again and say well I guess cancellation and I said really all 6 appointment options she was giving? Bottom line this office and doctor only care about money! They lie about pricing and about many things clearly so if you want an honest doctor who cares about his patients do NOT use this doctor!

A doctor with a great technique and personality! His office is spotless and his staff warm and welcoming. The office waiting area has many magazines and brochures to read all about the latest procedures for plastic surgery, skincare and fillers (shots). Everything is explained to you before any procedure is done and if you have any questions his staff or he will answer them. Dr. Lorenc is a real pro at what he is doing and I would totally recommend him without a doubt for I've been going to him for 2 years now.
