I can be more happy, satisfy, appreciate and lucky to have Dr. Goretti Taghva to perform my lower eye bag surgery (Lower Blepharoplasty).She performed both a transconjunctival incision and an incision just below the lower lash line. Not only she removed the bags but she repositioned some fat to fill up the hollowness around my eyes due to my age. She recommended a fat transfer initially to correct the hollowness but I was afraid of more procedure and did not go for the fat transfer. She did a wonderful job. Dr. Taghva is very patient in explaining my case and cited the best approaches and long term result. She answered my questions in numerous of times before my decision to go forward for the procedure that I am comfortable in. The outcome is amazing. I called her at night after the procedure for questions, she returned the call in mins. I sent emails to her and the office for questions and will received answers within hours. My recovery has been great and it has been 3 & half months. The office is very clean and pleasant. Last note. Dr. Taghva is a very pretty lady.

I would like to thank Dr. Goretti Ho Taghva And her friendly staff at LEA Plastic Surgery for their service. I have completed the four series of Emsculpt on abs and cannot believe how much of a difference it has made. It minimized the extra padding on my abs and tightened the skin some to reveal the muscle underneath. These results were visible within a week of completion? Additionally, I had a tangible loss of size as I had to start ordering my exercise pants in a smaller size! I have been trying hard to engage my abs during my core workout at the gym and thanks to Emsculpt my ‘sleeping’ muscles have been activated ? Dr. Taghva recently performed the Asian double eyelid surgery for me. I had the non surgical method completed over a decade ago in LA and since then has basically faded. I did my research, googled, and decided to have a consultation at her office rather than going to LA. Office is located in Newport Beach. Very clean and modern looking. Surgery center is also located in the same building which is convenient. Ladies in the office are all super friendly and helpful. Thanks Ella :) I was also welcomed back, after my initial surgery scars were healed, to do a touch up surgery. My scar tissue had caused the shape of my creases to change during the healing process and I wanted this try to correct it. So far it's looking much better!! Thank you Dr. Taghva! She has the less is more mind set which is good and doesn't try to over sell/over do. She helped create a natural look. I would highly recommend!!

Thanks to the whole team at LEA Plastic Surgery. Everyone here is amazing , professional and so very nice. On top of all that their skill level and treatments are phenomenal. I’m currently getting their Laser MD and Vavaci treatments and I can’t tell you how much my skin has changed. Can’t wait to post the before and after pics. I have 1 last treatment left and already my skin feels and look amazing. So smooth and my fine wrinkles have even disappeared. All my life I had bad skin and was really self conscious about it but now thanks to LEA I can post unfiltered pics. Haha

Dr. Ho was really kind and assuring about the surgery from the start. Any questions I had, she answered them honestly and made sure I was comfortable. She also made sure I knew what I needed to do during recovery to get the best results. Her office staff also gives us water every time we visit and they always make sure that I’m having the best experience. My recovery was very fast and had no complications. My eyes were pretty small, but now they not only look larger but are larger. I got the results I desired and an experience that exceeded my expectations.
