Dr. Hisham Seify is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is an active member of both the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS).

Dr. Seify graduated with honors from Cairo University in 1992. His extensive post-graduate training spans 13 years, during which he earned a Master’s degree, a PhD, and board certification in plastic surgery. He completed his plastic surgery fellowship at Emory University in 2005 and further advanced his expertise with a fellowship in Oculoplastic and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. 

Dr. Seify offers expertise in a broad spectrum of procedures, including face aesthetics like facelift and neck lift, non-surgical treatments, breast augmentation, mommy makeover, and various body contouring techniques.

Dr. Seify is the founder of Newport Plastic Surgery and Prestige Surgery Center, a premier plastic surgery practice in Newport Beach, CA. He currently serves as a Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery (WOS) at the University of California, Irvine (UCI).

Dr. Seify also directs the Orange County Aesthetic Fellowship, an esteemed educational program endorsed by ASAPS and conducted through the official San Francisco Match. A prolific contributor to the field, Dr. Seify has authored numerous scientific articles, book chapters, and medical textbooks on plastic surgery. He is the editor for Oculoplastic Surgery at the Aesthetic Surgery Journal and has lectured at both national and international conferences. Since 2008, Dr. Seify has served as a visiting professor and guest surgeon at hospitals overseas, providing surgical care to both civilians and veterans. 

Dr. Seify’s distinguished achievements include receiving the 2007 Sherrell Aston Award from ASAPS. He has also been recognized as one of the “Physicians of Excellence” in Orange County from 2013 to 2025 and has earned the prestigious “Top Doctors in America” distinction by Castle Connolly and US News from 2012 to 2025. Furthermore, Newsweek magazine named him one of the top plastic surgeons in the U.S. for breast surgery, cosmetic eyelid surgery, and liposuction from 2023-2025.

An esteemed leader in the field, Dr. Seify is the immediate past president of the Orange County Society of Plastic Surgeons and serves on the board of the California Society of Plastic Surgeons. He is actively involved in several national scientific societies. In addition to his surgical practice, Dr. Seify is the president and co-founder of the Worldwide Cancer Network, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting cancer treatment in Egypt, Africa, and the Middle East.
