I went for my consult with Coco and Dr. Horowitz. The professionalism right as you walk in is 5 Star from the entire Team. Coco and Dr. Horowitz were straight forward, amazingly compassionate and really made me feel comfortable. I'm so excited to have the 33 me back when I have my surgery in October 2023. If your thinking, contemplating or simple in wonder what can and will happen to once you step over to their side. You will float, feel confident and surprised at how great your going to feel.

Dr Horowitz is fantastic; no one could be in better hands. He corrected my left eye which my first facelift in 2007 did not do right. As well as being a superb surgeon, he is a superb doctor who truly cares about his patients. I am appreciative and will be forever devoted.

He is extremely knowledgeable and gave me exactly what I wanted. The staff is extremely helpful and kind throughout this journey as well. I would recommend this practice to my family and friends any day! I also wanted to mention that Dr. Nichter was my 6th and final consult when browsing plastic surgeons. Dr. Phillip Ocarroll recommended me to him and I am so glad I decided to proceed with Dr. Nichter. Dr. Nichter took extra care of me and actually made me aware of my high blood pressure which was well in the 180s. He took extra precaution for me, and I couldn’t be more thankful. If it wasn’t for Dr. Nichter, I wouldn’t have ever known.

My experience at Dr Nichter's office was great. Everyone was extremely polite, helpful and welcoming. I received a breast augmentation. The whole process was easy. The consultation was informative and comfortable. The office was able to schedule me very quickly. The day of surgery I walked in, changed, spoke to my doctor, and the anesthesiologist and then I was in surgery. The recovery process has been way easier than anticipated. I was up the same day of surgery walking around. I did not have any pain. NO PAIN with a nice gain. The only thing i felt was pressure on my chest. Highly recommend anyone talking to Dr. Nichter. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I am overjoyed that I choose Dr. Nichter to perform my surgery. I cannot wait to see the final results.

My name is Jodi H. I highly recommend Pacific Center Plastic Surgery. When I first went in, I spoke with Paula. She was so caring and helped answer all my questions and calm my nerves. I felt so comfortable. In fact she’s the reason I booked an appointment to see Dr. Nichter. I had already gone for a consultation to another doctor, and I walked out feeling even more nervous. I was interested in having a lower facelift and a neck lift. My husband went with me to meet Dr. Nichter. He explained everything in detail about the different types of procedures. He did not rush us at all, he answered every question and I knew without a doubt I wanted him to do my procedure. We decided that the Lite Lift and a Neck Lift would give me the results I was looking for. I have never met a doctor with such amazing bedside manners, seriously the best ever!! You can tell. he truly cares about his patients. All the girls in the office are the same. They are always so welcoming, caring and so helpful and happy. I’m grateful for this experience! I’m 3 1/2 weeks post op and I look and feel amazing! I’m 56 yrs old and I seriously feel like I’m 15 yrs younger!! He’s my favorite Plastic Surgeon!
