Dr. Pu is a board-certified plastic surgeon by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and one of the most highly respected and trusted plastic surgeons amongst his worldwide colleagues and patients. He is an internationally renowned plastic surgeon and has been featured in an ABC 20/20 special program for his innovative surgical technique. He has been practicing plastic surgery for over two decades and made many contributions to the specialty of plastic surgery. As a past full-time Professor of Plastic Surgery at an Academic Medical Center in the United States, he has performed over 18,500 plastic surgical procedures with an outstanding safety record and unparalleled outcomes. Dr. Pu has published extensively in the scientific literature and edited for the first ever textbook in plastic surgery (Aesthetic Plastic Surgery in Asians: Principles and Techniques). He is a leading editor for a new aesthetic breast textbook (Atlas of Contemporary Aesthetic Plastic Surgery) and is a co-editor of the most popular textbook on fat grafting (Fat Injection: From Filling to Regeneration). He has also been serving as a leading editor for the Clinics in Plastic Surgery series on fat grafting (Three issues) and Asian aesthetic surgery (One issue).

The services that I received from the Newport Beach Plastic Surgery Center were excellent. Dr Hisham Seify and the staff are all very professional warm and friendly. Dr Seify took his time to listen to my needs and make sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. After my meeting with the doctor I met with Alex who signed me up. She made sure everything was taken care of and that I was totally comfortable with my decision. Alex was very informative, kind and professional. Surgery day I was nervous until I was greeted with a big smile by my nurse Christine. Her warmth calmed me down, I knew I was in good hands. She made sure I had a smooth prep, surgery and after care. Thank you Christine for going above and beyond my expectations. The other staff members are always welcoming and friendly. I have referred 2 of my friends, one has had her surgery and is very happy, the other friend has an appointment for her consultation scheduled. I will continue to refer family and friends because I know they will have an exceptional experience. Thank you Dr Seify, Christine and staff for all you’ve done for this 70 year old! I just had my very first appointment with Dr seify plastic surgeon in Newport Beach he was a very kind man he had great bedside manner and he actually took the time to look at my arms and not just brush me off so if anybody's looking for a respectful Doctor who will treat you with respect go there come see him I'm glad my insurance referred me.
