5 stars don't even begin to represent how incredible my experience with the Butts By Design was. From the first appointment to the post-ops there is so much care with each individual patient. I felt so taken care of and welcome! The team was extremely helpful, funny, nice, respectful, and honest! The day after the surgery I was remembering everything and was in shock by how the team was so smooth organized and made me feel relaxed and comfortable at the same time respectful with my own space and pace as it was my first ever surgery. Truly a 10/10 experience!!!!!

I went to Dr. Nykiel because out of all before/after BBL pictures online, his patients have the most natural and best looking torso/stomach lipo. I've seen many women with lumpy or undefined ab lipo though their butt may look great. The staff is great and Dr. Nykiel is kind while spending ample time explaining all the details of the procedures and risks. The pre-op and post-op was frequent and thorough and I really appreciate Marie taking time to understand the trauma that I went through before coming to their office. My butt was previously mutilated after removing (what I discovered too late) silicone liquid injected by a person posing as a physician at a Newport Beach medspa. I needed the surgery because I didn't want risk losing my fiancé with how mutilated and unattractive my body was before I came to Dr. Nykiel. He definitely saved my family in that aspect. I like that the procedure seemed to be a boring and safe routine without exotic bells and whistles. When it comes to medical and cosmetic procedures I prefer comfortably married family people when it comes to who I can trust and it seems he has a beautiful family. The day of surgery, the nurses and anesthetist did well finding a vein and knocking me out comfortably. I didn't have much fat to work with but Dr. Nykiel significantly improved the deformities. I definitely hated the drains under my skin and it was not an easy recovery for me at my age. I think now my waistline looks fantastic and natural. For my butt, he used all the reasonable amount of fat he could find at the time to graft the parts needed so it looks more normal now. I still need to regain more weight to make a bigger difference, but that has been difficult with all the stress from my dad being hospitalized and then having him pass away last month. After I have another child, I hope he can do a second round for me. Thank you Butts by Design for saving me!

Dr. Nykiel & his staff were wonderful. They made me feel so comfortable from beginning to end. They were super helpful with anything & everything I questioned them about. Dr. Nykiel was never pushy even tho I wasn’t sure about what I wanted. But he was really thorough & informative. After my surgery, he & his staff made sure I was comfortable & doing well at home. I even received flowers at my home a few days afterwards! He is very talented & personable. I think I found my new surgeon!
